Dr. Called in 2 prescriptions Monday. Called everyday since and was told it was in process and would let me know when ready. Today [4th day] Called, told it should have been filled and transferred to Pharmacist. After 25 minuets of "please hold" asked it I wanted to take their survey and they hung up. After using Walgreens for over 20 years, I will be changing my pharmacy..

The SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to. Whether you’re inside or in the drive-thru, it takes them forever. Every. Single. Time. The lines are always long, they never have my prescriptions ready in a sufficient time (I’m talking at least 24 hours after the order has been sent in.) they once messed up my prescription then told me they didn’t and that I was wrong, even when I had proof they did. Don’t waste your time, folks. Go somewhere else.

Literally the most ignorant people I have ever met. I have been told the prescription is here only to get here and it is not and they have to transfer it. Get here today and they try to get the prescription transferred again. And in their infinite wisdom cancel the actual prescription instead of the order at another store. And come back to get it while they are preparing it and have been in the drive thru for over 30 min and they have managed to get 3 of the 5 cars ahead if me done. I can only hope walgreens is happy with their great decisions of ignorant people. God I'm glad I'm never coming back here

Total trash. Went to go get my 2nd vaccine an was told we got an email yesterday saying we probably won't get anymore. I asked do you know what I'm suppose to do she said no clue. When I told the other Walgreens I went to I was informed ALL stores have them. Come on Zachary yall are falling to pieces and becoming trash!!
