More and more, I'm getting away from grocery store meat and poultry because the quality just isn't there anymore. Love Hancock's meat and poultry, and the customer service can't be beat! The nicest, most genuine people!

Folks travel from near and far to visit Hancock Family Farms to stock up on their fresh and local farm raised meats. I sure do and you should, too! The only thing better than the farm goods, is the friendly atmosphere that's created by the owners, David and Kim Hancock, and their staff. ❤

The best bacon in the world!!!! I live in Baltimore County (originally from Charles County) so every time I'm in the area visiting family I make sure to stop by and stock up. Mr. Hancock and his family are always pleasant and very helpful. They have a customer for life

I don't know what took me so long to write a review. I've been coming by just about once a week since I first found out about the Hancocks' storefront here. Best meats in town, great selection packed into their few freezers. They also stock a few other local products and they are all fantastic as well. Mr. Hancock and family are always SO HAPPY to see everyone and it's uplifting just going in and talking to them all. I'm a customer for life, no question about it.

Great local grown produce and meats. Family run. Fast in and out. The people that run the the store are also the people that run the farm truly family run and they're always looking to help you select the best products. Highly recommend great place

i have been anxiously awaiting the opening of the hancock family farms storefront and must say they have done an amazing job. a massive selection of super high quality local meats- beef, pork, lamb, chicken. their fresh eggs are legendary in our home. their hot dogs will ruin you because every other hot dog tastes terrible in comparison to theirs. applewood smoked bacon makes killer blts. they even carry cheese from a local dairy. beautiful pumpkins available today when i visited. i highly recommend. thanks, hancock fam! ❤❤❤

My absolute favorite place to buy meats!

So happy they now have a store front. It's more convenient than waiting for a farmers market or traveling to the actual farm (which is still totally worth it). The products are top quality and don't mind paying a little extra for it and knowing it's local. Their hotdogs have officially ruined any other type for me. We also are huge fans of their bacon! The only product I have been less than thrilled about is the sausage - links, kielbasa, etc. The consistency is just off.

Great customer service and prices are fair. Can't wait to cook the food!

My 2nd visit this past week. So far the meats we have had are very tasty and supple! I simmer my boneless pork chops and they come out very tender. The Applewood bacon is to die for literally great! Even if I ever went vegan I'd stay eating bacon lol!! Rare to find but they also had ground turkey a nice touch because it's always hard to find true farm turkey meat. I use turkey meat for my burgers, meatballs, Lasagna & meatloaf. All clean cut meat, the taste is divine. I will keep buying from them. Prices are reasonable.

Travel from Lexington Park once a month. Worth it to drive for the best quality meats around! Much appreciation to Hancock Farms!

I just found out about this store and bought some filets, hamburger, and the hot dogs. It was the best meats I’ve ever had. I stay here 3 months of the year but will buy from here. Great place!!!!!👍

Great family owned business. They are friendly and we love their different cuts of steak and chicken, and the added bonus is the cheese and jams.

Best minute steak/cubed steak I've ever had. So flavorful and well packaged. I definitely plan to frequent here more often, it's a little out of my way but worth the quality!

The pastured grass fed beef they raise-offer there is incredible ! Very knowledgable-friendly staff,highly recommend.
