Trevor does a fantastic job at helping his clients take care of all of their insurance needs. He is very honest and upfront about the companies and coverages that he offers. I have had many dealings with Trevor’s insurance company and they are definitely top notch!

I've been with American National for many years, specifically through the Murray Agency, and have been nothing but pleased. Most of us only go out of our way to leave reviews when we've had a negative experience, it takes a great experience, (or many) to elicit voluntary praise. That's the reason for my positive review/rating. The Murray Agency is fantastic to work with. The entire staff is excellent. They're courteous, kind, and respectful, which go a long way, but more importantly they are helpful and competent.
I'm currently dealing with an auto accident claim and the other insurance company has been a nightmare to work with. Trevor has been so helpful by providing sound advice and helping my wife and I feel comfortable with this whole process. In addition to the stellar customer service I'm receiving from the Murray Agency, the claim rep from American National has also been a tremendous help and a delight to work with. The accident was the fault of the other party, but American National has gone above and beyond to make sure my family is being taken care of when it could've been so easy to just hand us off to the other insurance company.
I'm so pleased with the Murray Agency and American National. Thanks Trevor and Staff for being so great! It's refreshing to deal with good honest folks who truly care.

I've been a customer for several years and have been happy with American National, and with Trevor as an agent. He has contacted me several times over the years to let me know about different options as my insurance needs have changed, whether it is home, auto or life insurance. I feel like Trevor has my best interest in mind. I have also been satisfied with the customer service I have received when I have needed it. On several occasions I have needed assistance during non business hours, (needed to be towed from Spanish Fork to North Ogden on a Sunday, got rear ended at 5 a.m. on a Wednesday, someone did a hit-and -run on my truck while it was parked on the street on a Friday evening...) and Trevor was very prompt in answering or retuning my calls. Overall, I am very happy to be an American National customer.

Trevor and his staff have been great to work with. We have worked with them for all of our insurance needs for years. Trevor has always been prompt and professional!

Trevor is our agent, and we have at least 15 policies through him with American National. All of our life insurance, indexed life insurance policies, homeowners, and auto. We've been using Trevor for multiple years and he is always very knowledgeable on the options for how to have the proper coverage, and invest in the indexed life insurance policies. I've got a homeowners policy 'to the nines.' His words. I purchase flood and earthquake insurance through him as well. For the IUL's, we use those for retirement. He spent at least 3 hours with us one day explaining how to invest in those. Whatever you contribute gets matched annually, which is still above the term policy amount. How can that be beat? We have multiple IUL policies and they are all ahead of where we anticipated they would be after 5 years in. We purchased 2 mil in term to have extra we can convert to IUL's. He's brilliant, patient, accommodating, and spends a sufficient time with his clients. That sacrifice pays off. I've referred him to SO many, and will continue to do so. Over the years, we have had different agents and all gave us the impression they were answering our calls but not caring to service our needs, but Trevor is in this business because he knows the benefit it provides and he matches that with his personal character. So grateful we found him. He has changed the way our lives operate by helping us invest in our futures, and keep us covered in the best ways for everything we need.

In addition to that, we have had a couple claims and their claims department, who is just as important as the agent and the company backing them, was exceptional. Someone had hit me and totaled my car, and when the claims adjuster called me, she said, "Go get a new car girlfriend!" I thought, 'Wait, am I on the phone with an insurance adjustor...?' American National is amazing. From that car accident when someone hit me, I had a personal injury lawsuit and my attorney told me that my insurance company was top 5 in the country. I asked who was the top of the 5 and she said, "They're all equal, and they're all the best."

I will also provide a review based on other comments provided. The cash back program is something I actually forgot about, until I received a $550 check in the mail after my first 2 years of being there and not having a claim where I was at fault. We also forgot to cancel our earthquake insurance when we sold our prior home, and Trevor helped us cancel that and issue a refund for the prorated months after we closed on our new home. When I reach out to their office, they are all very friendly and accommodating. If they cannot answer my question but need to get me to Trevor, he responds at a time when he is readily available to review anything I need and doesn't ever seem put out. My husband and I cannot say enough positive about Trevor, and his staff. We love them and are lifelong employees.

Trevor made our insurance transfer super smooth and the agency even contacted us after the fact to add an employment discount they found. Great experience!

They have always helped me save money and get the things I need covered in a timely manner. They also check back in with you later to see if everything is still going well and how they can help. Very professional and kind no matter your situation. Trevor is the best.

I wanted to take the time to Express to American National for having homeowners insurance my situation with my downstairs neighbor has been very very difficult and the American National claims department has been absolutely fabulous and I have been very very kind and helping me with this situation and I it would not be right of me to not take the time to Express gratitude to American National for homeowners insurance and what a blessing that is so thank you to you and to all of you. ..."
