Dr. Joshua Long definitely took his time both listening to and counseling me. Even at 69, I am still impressed by that! He didn't make me feel rushed, at all. In fact, I was beginning to become concerned about the other patients who must be waiting!

My care provider listens to me, my concerns and bases my care on the information we share with one another. It's a relationship based on honesty, caring and doing what's best for ME and MY health and habits. It's not about a turn and churn, get me in and get me out visit. My care is based on my physical health, my mental health and the information I share with her and what she shares with me. I am more than satisfied with the care I am given and would recommend this practice to all, especially if the others are as caring, receptive and responsive as my provider is.

Exceptional, professional best care I have had. Two months with removing of kidney stones and then kidney cancer they were with me all the way from helping me get my disability to scheduling appointments when I needed always respectful and courteous.

Every person I interact with at this facility is friendly, positive, and professional. Always a great experience. They listen to your concerns and don't try to rush you along. Also, the lady who took blood for labs was very good. I didn't even bruise and I always bruise when blood is drawn. I would continue to come here even if I moved 30 minutes away.

Everyone was amazing. Dr. Graham is caring and compassionate. He listens to my concerns and follows thru with solutions. He treats me like I'm his only patient. He doesn't tell me what I'm doing wrong but asks me what he can do for me.

Best experience with every visit! Dr. Rogers is my favorite doctor of all I have ever had anywhere. I am a sick patient with many problems and have had many surgeries and see many specialists that I trust her to send me to. Drive from High Point to King to see her and as long as she is there always will! I only choose insurance companies that include Dr. Heidi Marlow Rogers. All the other staff are very courteous and make you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit including their lab department from check-in to check-out!
