Novant Health Mountainview Medical Extended Care

I woke to what appeared to be cellulitis in my right leg and finally decided to call my family doctor about noon. They were not able to get me in and suggested I go to Mountainview Medical Extended Care. I got there about 1:45 and there was no one else in the waiting room. Check in was fast, efficient, and friendly and I only waited a few minutes until they took me back. The initial screening was completed and I was seen by Renee Haynes. She was absolutely great - asked good questions, listened, and communicate clearly. I highly recommend her and the excellent facility there.

Was extremely impressed with the level of care I received at this facility...the sign in staff the nurses (didn’t catch her name but she was amazing )and the PA Deborah James was gentle informative and very caring. They made a scary situation very tolerable and didn't have to wait for hours...about 30 minutes...but they were checking on us while we waited. I highly recommend this facility for your emergency services that don't require an ambulance!

This place is great. Very friendly and passionate about patients. I wish the doctors here could be my normal provider. Deborah has been amazing to me and my husband, and my two little girls!

Leilani actually saved my life! She diagnosed me with sepsis and referred me to the hospital. She called to check on me several times to ensure I made it to the hospital and everything. I just love her and the care she provides.

My first time coming here this week. I can honestly say that they were awesome. Everyone was caring and professional. This was the best urgent care I have been to. The doctor took the time to listen to me and answered all of my questions. Very clean office and the staff was welcoming. I will definitely be going back.

I've gone here several times in a pinch for not quite ER visit but need to be seen quick. The longest wait I had was an hour and a half on a Friday morning.....but every person there was sick and being tested for COVID. Even still, she swabbed for Covid AND flu. They're always thorough and friendly. Just went today for a lego up my son's nose. She got it out quick and without damaging his sinuses.

I always have a good experience here, but today was exceptional. Charlene & Rene were the best!! Very nice, thorough, and just awesome! Thank you both.

My visit here was extraordinary. The best medical visit of my life. They were thorough. They listened. Asked the precise questions. Explained my condition and treatment, and made sure I understood what I needed to do to feel better. Incredible people doing an excellent job.

This is the best place in the world to get a Dr. If you need to be seen right away. They take great care of their patients. This is always going to be my go to place. Thank you Lord for everyone of them

Laurie Bowles is super sweet and has been my nurse practitioner for years now. The front desk staff and the CMA’s have always been super friendly!

When here Friday November 8 for the first time, Very Nice place! All the employees was Very Nice too! This is the place I will start going to if I need a ASAP Dr. again!!! 👍

The PA Debra James was really helpful and caring. They need a doc on the promises to backup the PA’s.
