A year-long history of lies, deceit, overcharging, incompetence, and now avoidance. Tony directly told me he intends to declare bankruptcy to try and discharge all of the money he owes to all of the people that are suing him over the same issues I had.
I gave Tony a substantial amount of money for a bus conversion project and more than a year later, he still owes me a massive refund. Tony is a GREAT salesman and will confidently tell you whatever you want to hear. Once you give him money though, he lacks any accountability. He has admitted lying to me on several occasions when I caught him. He said he ordered thousands of dollars of parts for me (which he collected money for) but instead ordered the wrong parts or didn't order them at all. I made 3, 12-hour round-trip drives to Utah to pick up parts that he said he ordered and said would be ready & waiting for me. However upon arrival & inspection, the items were either not there at all, or he had substituted some cheap off-shore junk with a "take it or leave it" attitude. He will NOT hold your money in escrow when he does a project, which is why he can't pay me back even after multiple promises that he would. He WILL however use the money for other people's projects and he's happy to go on vacation with his family (Island Park Idaho or St George Utah as he's told me) multiple times per year. So he'll spend customer money on himself, but won't honor his professional agreements. The workmanship is TERRIBLE. He will bid a project at one price and then say it took 20 hours more than expected and bill for the higher amount. He has inexperienced people living on the property work on customer's projects who have zero experience doing so. One such person (David) cut into structural cross-members in my bus and then just left a gaping hole in the side of it for months on end where a door was supposed to be installed. When I came to pick it up, they hurriedly cut a piece of plywood to fit it and use some clamps to hold it on so I could drive it home. They took seats that I had specifically told them I would re-use and left them out in the sun/rain/weather. The list of issues goes on & on......

Tony over-charged for what he did do, and refuses to refund me for what he hasn't done and parts he admits he didn't order after (lying) telling me multiple times that he had. Now he refuses to answer my calls. When he was talking to me, he would have excuse after excuse and delay, delay, delay to buy himself more time. Don't fall for the same trap I did.

Tony, the owner and the person who runs the show, is not to be trusted. I hired them to build out a bus for me (a part of the company that’s supposedly getting shut down, but I can’t imagine they run the other parts much differently). The communication was terrible throughout the entire process and he kept expecting me to send in the next payment without any proof that the work the previous payment covered was done. And in fact, I came to find out that several things that I’d sent in payment for weren’t done. When I confronted him about it, I was told the framing (one of the early parts of the build) actually cost $10k instead of the estimated 2.5k. When I asked for proof, he said it was all labor costs (convenient that it was something that can’t really be tracked other than his word) and when I asked why I hadn’t been informed until now, he told me I had trust issues and he never guaranteed that the quote and final cost would line up.

This is honestly just scratching the surface as to how bad this company is. But I feel like this paints a decent starting picture for you…

Would put 0 stars if I could. I bought a Nissan Sentra from Apex 3 years ago. It had a salvage title and wasn’t aware of it, no one said anything. Or else I wouldn’t have purchased a salvaged car. Sold it to me and when I drove it home, it began to have ABS issues. Glass pieces found under the seats and made weird noises. All in all, this place is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them and do your research beforehand. This shop should be shut down.

Company seems to be a scam. Poor client communication and satisfaction. Take your business elsewhere.

Horrible communication they will send out a single email and after you reply they will never respond again. This place is a scam go somewhere else.
