Steve is the definition of a great mechanic. I had a clogged heater core and more and he didn't try to talk me up on extra repairs but rather suggested how I could save money. That's all I want in a mechanic - pure honesty and good work (the heat is perfect now). My family has taken our cars to him for a good while and it's because he runs a great business; with far less costly repairs than a dealership I might add. Thank you Steve

I come from the Twin Cities to here for anything from an oil change to major mechanical work because I know they’ll treat me respectfully and fix only what needs to be fixed, without trying to do anything unnecessary. Steve and his crew are the most trustworthy mechanics out there for all your German made car needs!

Fantastic experience again at RCA! Spoke to Steve over the phone describing the problem, fortunately it was something he was able to diagnose on the phone. He found the part and ordered it, installed it shortly after and was under his estimate which was $100(s)below dealership.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and will never go anyplace else. The owner, Steve, is one of the best people around and will always keep it real with his customers. Honesty and integrity are at the heart of his business. When appointments are made, they are very good at keeping the timing to where they initially quoted it, unless something comes up, at which point the communication is clear as to what is going on. Proper expectations are always set in regards to the timing and pricing, which is always fair and reasonable. Matt, one of the great mechanics working here, is somebody else I have great respect for. He is proficient and efficient! I never hesitate to recommend Rivercity Autowerks to anyone I know that drives a German-made vehicle. Keep up the great work, Steve!

I've been going here for around the past 2 years, and over the ownership of 2 separate cars, the service they provide here is absolutely amazing! Steve is a very honest person and will give you his truthful opinion on what's wrong, or, what you should do as your next steps when it comes to auto repairs! Mechanics are absolutely amazing!! The work they do is extremely amazing in quality, while still being low in cost!! The also work blazingly fast, I truthfully don't think I've had any of my cars in here for more than 3 days. Very nice customer service and willing to work with anyone! :)

As my car just rolled over 50,000 HARD miles, I feel it's time to share my experience. Ever since we found each other, Rivercity has done nothing but the best. APR stage 2 (Official APR dealer) Bilstein b16 coilovers and other bells and whistles all done here. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my car. The whole team handles everything with professionalism, care, and I know whatever I throw at them they can handle. If you need anything done, from air ride to euro taillight coding, they've got you. Trust me, if you go there once, you'll be a customer for life.

Had a clutch replaced, not only did Steve let me bring in my own parts but did it for a very reasonable price. I’m very glad I found this shop and would definitely recommend to other people. I will 100% be going back in the future.

Best Audi Specialist in the area. Reasonable prices and let you bring your own parts. Gave up on the dealerships, they've been charging top labor prices, which I could deal with, but then they're also tripling the price of parts and won't let you bring your own.

Very professional shop, had my timing chain done for a VW Jetta GLI at a very good price! I’ll definitely come back here again for any maintenance or future problems, and will definitely recommend to all my friends as well.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! I'm currently working with another mechanic shop, because of location, on a coolant/heating issue and they have no idea what's going on. I called Steve and he advised me over the phone on a few things and it has saved me a bunch of money. This other shop honestly has no idea what they're doing with my VW Touareg. I'm so glad Rivercity Autowerks is around! I've truly found a mechanic I'll stick with for a lifetime! If at all possible, take your Audi/VW to Rivercity Autowerks! I'm serous!

Got an oil change on my 06 v10 Touareg and it was a great price for it. The guy who helped me was very nice. I had asked to have him drain out the ac drains mid appointment and he did it for no charge. Definitely will be back!

Steve is first class repair for Audi's with a common sense approach. He has worked on five different cars, saved us many times from expensive and costly dealership labor.

Steve and the crew at Rivercity have taken care of five different VW’s I’ve owned. This includes a 2006 Touareg that I trusted to 309,000 miles with their great work and service! They know what they’re doing—always fair and straight forward about what your vehicle does or doesn’t need. I recommend them to people all the time. The best!

Brought my Jetta here to get serviced. Right away Steve greeted me and was very welcoming. Car wasn’t at the shop long but after driving it around the next day the problem seemed to still exist. I called the shop up again and they were very helpful working around their busy schedule to get my car back into the shop ASAP. Problem with the car has now been solved and they handled the situation very professionally. I highly recommend these guys.

Wife and I have been coming here for years. Steve and co. are the best. The workmanship is always great and he will tell you what you actually need done, as opposed to dealers who give you an expensive laundry list. We started coming to him bc we had a VW and were new to the area but we will only buy VW from now on because that’s what he works on and we know we can trust him 100%. I seriously brag about him to people. I feel so lucky to have found such a trustworthy, quality mechanic.

Bought a used Audi convertible and had a few bizarre electronic items go wrong with the vehicle.
Steve can handle them all! He is extremely knowledgeable on all things Audi and fixed the problem right, the first time, every time. He is honest, fast and priced very fairly compared to any dealer. You will not go wrong with taking your Audi or Volkswagen here!
