Bryan was the best! They got my car in and out in only a month had has it looking brand new! They were so nice and kept me up to date on everything and were so responsive when I had questions. I couldn’t be happier with my car and I’m so glad I had gapsch take care of it!!

Gapsch estimate was more that $1,200 cheaper than the dealer where I bought my car.I recieved update emails every few days, and had my car back in just under 2 weeks. They returned my car clean, and the work they did was excellent. This is the 3rd time I've used them in 30 years. I'm happy to say, I've never been disappointed. Thank you Gapsch CarStar.

I reached out to Rob Smith to assess damage my car sustained in a parking lot. Given the age of my car, I wanted to determine if obtaining an estimate and filing an insurance claim were worthwhile. Rob graciously inspected the damage, realigned a component, and detailed potential repair options. He did this without expecting anything in return. Having used their services previously, I confidently recommend them. There's a clean and comfortable waiting area, and the staff, from the front desk to the mechanics, are straightforward, honest, and do quality work.

I had very good experience with GAPSCH on a few different occasions. Very pleased with their work . Everyone there is kind . I will send my family members there to get their work done. When they tell you something it gets done. Mary is such a Pleasant person to speak with. She does an outstanding job.

This was my first time dealing with a collision shop outside of Insurance.
I had damage on my rear bumper (driver side) after being tapped in traffic and front bumper (passenger side)
after running over something while driving in Mississippi. I chose Gapsch CARSTAR Collision Center becasue of
its high rating (on Yelp) and distance to my Apt Complex. I give Gapsch CARSTAR Collision Center 5 stars (6 if i could).
Staff was attentive and friendly and my initial walkthrough with Brian was professional and informative
I dropped off my vehicle and i was regularly informed on the progress of the repairs (All repairs took about 3+ weeks).
(disassembly/inspection/ parts ordering/ paint/ assembly/detailing) When i picked up my vehicle. I was quietly suprised
by the quality of the repair. My vehicle look brand new (almost like i bought it 10 years ago. If you are looking for a good

So I was involved in an accident and when I came in for the estimate, the first thing I was asked by Bryan was how I was doing/feeling!
I took my car in on Wednesday December 13,2023 and had it back on Friday, December 22,2023. Bryan had been emailing me to keep me informed as to what was going on with my car. It was done before I had expected and it was a perfect repair.

I unfortunately got hit within 2 months of having a brand new car. CarStar Greenpark was top notch!! Todd was excellent from the beginning of the process to picking my vehicle up. He was very thorough and constant communication on where they were in the repair process

The team is very kind, the work is thorough, and they really went the extra mile to repair my damage before having to replace parts. This saved me an astronomical amount of money I would have had to pay out of pocket. I thank Bryan and team for all their work. I highly recommend this shop and if ever needed will be returning.

Great customer service and professional results!

After running over a tire on the highway, I had the pleasure of working with Jay at Gapsch Carstar to get my truck back on the road. Jay worked with me to upgrade to a painted bumper and add tow hooks as long as we were going to be replacing those parts, so I didn't need to pay full price out of pocket for them!

Gapsch CARSTAR made the process smooth from start to finish. They were able to coordinate with my insurance to have a rental truck there for me when I dropped off, so there was no running around to find something. Once they got the truck in and taken apart, they found more damage than the original insurance estimator had found. They were able to work with insurance and cover everything without me needing to lift a finger!

All of the work done was excellent. The paint job that they did on the new bumper looks better than the paint from the factory. Everything is clean and smooth. The car was returned to me detailed inside and out, which I was definitely not expecting!

Overall, the process was quick and painless, and the truck looks better than it did before the accident! I will definitely be back in the future should the need arise.

I am very pleased with the car body repair services at Gapsch Carstar. They are very professional, helpful and friendly. I have been informed of the progress of work and expected completion timeline. They are very prompted and courteous. Their office is nice and front office workers are very helpful. I am fully satisfied with their work and services. Work being done there between September and October 3023.

Excellent customer service. My repair was quick and reasonable. I will be bringing all my cars there for repairs. We replaced worn out headlights with new ones.
