Love it here, they are very friendly and they get to know their regulars! They have a large selection of ongoing comics and lots of older ones. They also have sales on bundles regularly!!

This is a great comic shop. It's clean and well-organized, there's a large selection of newly-issued comics and a substantial selection of back issues plus a decent sized kids section. This is also a pokestop for those inclined. Follow their Facebook for deals. We were in last week and enjoyed discounted bundles that were on a special sale.

Great and knowledge staff. First time doing business with them. Treated me like I was a long time customer, and I will be now! Great selection of old and new items. Any question I had they knew the answer too. Loved chatting with the owner. Definitely will be back!

Hands down the best comic book shop in the STL area. Amazing back issue selection, collected editions and all the new releases. Staff is very friendly and prices are unbeatable.

Great place, they have an outstanding selection at any price range, and they're very patient with kids. When my son bought a comic box there, the staff put it together for him and showed him how it folds together. And they treat him the same whether he's spending $2 or $40. Highly recommended.

Moved cross country and was looking for a new comic shop for myself and my teenage daughter. Had a great conversation with Jake, one of the owners of the shop. He helped answer some questions for my teen to help her decide which books she might be in to. Unlike other comic shops that might look down upon a lack of knowledge, he was very helpful. We set up a pull box and picked up quite a few trades. Will definitely be back and will happily refer others.

Excellent shop! The owners are extremely patient with the billion questions that a newcomer to the world of comics may have. Their stock of back issues is sooooo incredible compared to other local shops. They're also super accommodating in ordering issues and specialty items on request.

I definitely recommend stopping by here whether you're a long-time fan of comic books or are just delving in. Jake will do everything he can to help new folks find something they'll like without being totally overwhelmed (and has never once turned me away when I inevitably show up five minutes before closing).

Comic Headquarters has AMAZING customer service! I contacted the store because I was interested in purchasing comic books to use in my classroom. Not only did one of the owners put together a collection of age-appropriate and engaging comic books (and shipped them to Central IL), but he even offered great advice on using these comics to lure in my reluctant readers! He went above and beyond anything I imagined! My students LOVE the comics- they are the hottest item in my classroom library. Thanks for the great service and the awesome resources!

I stopped here on my way through St. Louis, and I have to say it is a small shop but they do have great prices. The store is very organized and most of the stuff is in alphabetical order. They do have a lot of back issues, but they don't have a whole lot of gold and silver age stuff. This store has very friendly staff, and I will definitely be back in the next time I'm in St. Louis.

One of my most favorite places in the whole world! Seriously! I was directed to Comic Headquarters a couple years ago when I was looking for The Dark Tower series comics and it was the best advice. With help from my trusted comic book guy, Jake, I’ve greatly expanded my reading list. If I need back issues or I discover a title a little late in the game, I can count on Comic Headquarters to put every effort into getting what I need. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, absolutely the best Local Comic Store.

I’ve been shopping here since the mid 90s and it’s easily one of the best stores in the area. All back issues are reasonably priced, great selection of graphic novels (they will order for you if product is not available), and great staff. This is a business all comic fans need to support!

Visited for first time today. They have a great selection of older comic books, and had a bunch in their quarter bin I had actually been looking for. Plus, they give a military discount! Thank you for a grand experience. Will come back to visit again.
