Fabulous, fabulous service again! So thoughtful. They are so ethical, more than fair about pricing, always recommending what actually needs to be done and what can wait. I cannot say enough about how much I like going to Nick's. Nate is always so helpful with scheduling and providing information on the estimates and work. The work is always done completely, well, and on time. If there is ever something that comes up, they call. You can really trust them to do a great job.

Each time I return, and we now have many cars that we bring, we are always grateful for the kind and consistent and exceptional work and service.

We have been bringing both of our vehicles here for years and will never go anywhere else. There have been numerous times that I’ve brought a vehicle in with a problem expecting a big repair bill, but they’ve either told me it doesn’t need to be fixed now or have come up with a cost effective way to take care of it. I trust Nick and Nate and it’s one of my favorite businesses in Hudson!

They were able to get me in quick. They changed my oil. I had asked them to rotate my tires and they told me that I needed new tires instead of a rotation. Thank you for saving me money and time.

We have taken our vehicles here a few times. They are always honest with you about your best options. An example, last year my 10 year old Subaru Impreza came in with a lot of its dashboard lights on. Nick’s diagnosed it for free as a transmission issue but recommended taking it to the dealer to see if covered by warranty because Subarus have known transmission issues with cvt system. Subaru diagnosed the same problem for $190 because that’s what dealers do. Anyway, eventually got it fixed with Subaru under warranty but Nick’s didn’t get any $ during this and it kind of illustrates who they are as a company. My wife also appreciates the way they talk to her. Even though both of us know similar amounts about cars (not much) you often find mechanics or car folks talking to women differently but she doesn’t find that at all with them, just direct about explaining the problem and what should be done. It’s clear how Nick’s competes and it’s by having loyal customers, of which we are now one.

I've brought my car here a few times, very reasonable prices and made sure I was aware of the cost and labor before taking action.

I cannot recommend Nick's Automotive enough. My wife and I have been going here for years and will likely never go anywhere else. They treat you very well, charge a fair price, and get the work done incredibly fast.

My van went in for an oil change and to diagnose the occasional shaking of the steering wheel. The cause is a warped brake rotor. I was told it was something we can watch for now but keep a check on it. I feel the Nick’s Complete Automotive is very honest.They have cared my 2004 Ford Econoline 350 van all these years. They do annual inspections of the vehicle for my day care. I’ve always felt my vehicle is safe. Never a long wait for anything that it has needed Thanks for the great care!

Courteous, thorough, honest, and efficient service. Nicks was great at explaining what was necessary to be completed immediately and what we could revisit in a few months. Pricing is better than fair and service was completed within 24 hours. Will definitely use Nicks automotive again

When I had some emergency work done with another company (starter had to be replaced), they said I might have a power steering and also coolant leak. Nick's station is so close to home, so I waited and brought my van in to them to check on the possible leaks. Nick's checked, made sure levels were good, said leaks are very minor, no work needs to be done right now.

I’ve been bringing my 2012 Chrysler here for the last year and these guys have been great. Nate is an excellent manager. They are honest, fair, and prompt. They have a really good system around communication and billing as well which I appreciate.

Had coolant flush and replacement, transmission fluid level check and key fob check. All work done to my satisfaction.

Tricky check engine light ~ related to leak in exhaust/emissions. Took a few attempts but they nailed down the issues and fixed it! Much appreciated! Great place ~ Clean, reasonable, and kept me updated! Highly recommend!
