I needed my wedding band resized. Kristen did a great job. She was friendly. She did the work quickly, and she did it right. It fits perfectly now. And she even polished it so it looks brand new again! I would definitely go back. Thank you!

My wedding ring snapped almost in half after ten years. I had called around and couldn't get a hold of anyone. It is a little easier to just take it to the shop because he was able to assess it right away. It was only $100 to get it fixed because he had to put in new gold due to the way it broke and was given back to me about 8 days later. It looked brand new, and I was very happy with it.

In December 2019 I took several pieces to Dean to be appraised. His appraisals were reasonable and done professionally. They included photos, criteria that went into appraisals, info on questions to ask my insurance agent and copies for myself and insurance agent. Fast forward to November 2020. I had an accident that damaged my wedding ring set. I was so happy when Dean said the damage could be repaired by buffing and polishing. I was stunned when I picked up the set; the set is gorgeous and looks like new. I then decided to have my grandmother's wedding ring, given to her in 1916, and her diamond ring polished. I picked them up today and could not believe how beautiful they look. They too look like they are new. I couldn't be happier with Dean's work. I am happy to recommend him to anyone. By the way, he has many beautfully designed pieces in his shop and I would be willing to bet he could also design a gorgeous piece of your choosing for you. Dean is a professional and kind man.

I recently brought in my wedding ring for repairs. It was missing a stone and needed to be resized and repaired. It is 28 years old and was custom made. The jeweler who originally made my ring has retired. I put my trust in The Jeweler’s Bench. When I picked it up I was shocked! My ring looked brand new! It looks beautiful. I’m so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend The Jeweler’s Bench for any special jewelry that you need cleaned and repaired. I took my mothers ring in to have a stone put back in. He looked at it and told me that he could put it in but it will fall out again and also noticed that I wear it with my husbands grandmothers mothers ring This caused the other ring some damage. The prongs on my ring needed to be built back up, the other ring needed some repairs as well before i lose those diamonds. I also asked to have them sodered together. He had it a little longer than expected but called me and kept me apprised of what was going on. I appreciated the fact that he took his time to do the job correctly for me! I picked them up today and they did not even look like the same rings! They were so clean and shiny and was done beautifully! I highly recommend him for all jewelry repairs. My ring was purchased many years ago at a mall jewelry store (chain retailer), and I went there first for a quote for resizing. Their jeweler looked it over and said I needed a new crown and 10 new tips over the smaller diamonds. I used my own home scope and knew the crown needed replacement but no other tips. I brought it to The Jewelers Bench for a second opinion (didn't mention what I was told needed to be done), and he told me I needed a new crown. He sized it, added the new crown, and polished it up. A much better price than I was first quoted and done with honesty! I highly recommend.

Fixed a broken necklace of mine and did a wonderful job. He dropped what he was doing and put all his attention on me. I assumed I would be charged around $15 but it only cost $2. I didnt want to give him the hassle of swiping my card for such a small purchase. After I told him I didnt have cash, he still gave me my fixed necklace and told me I could bring cash by at a later time. Wonderful service and skillful work. Highly recommended
