David a very informative and knowledgeable salesman. Wide selection of home furniture from bedrooms to great room. Beautiful culture diverse art work noted throughout the store. Large clearance marked down area in the back, reasonable priced. Plenty of lighting and natural light. Adequate amount parking. Able to browse the entire store. Offer home delivery. Modern furniture and home decor. Some very unique art pieces noted.

I receved my new sectional today. I had the pleasure of meeting Jose and Dominic! They were terrific they took their time and made sure my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. They were extremely careful not to damage anything in my home or my sectional!.If I had my choice I would choose them to deliver all my furniture!! VCF had the best delivery drivers!!

I just want to say that the two gentlemen from truck number three had to deliver my furniture on two different dates,due to the fact, that the first week they delivered the furniture I was sent two of the same pieces so they had to come again this weekend November 18 to bring the correct piece.I want to say they were very professional on time. Did a great job. They’re fast and they know what they’re doing. You have hired a great set of guys.

We got our last couch from Ashley Furniture and to say the whole process was a nightmare is an understatement. We have had nothing but a 5-star experience with Value City. Alfonso and Ty were great they delivered my furniture earlier than expected,quickly and efficiently! A tree fell on my house earlier during the week and was able to get the furniture in spite of the limited space and found other options to getting the furniture in without damaging my furniture. Maurice was the salesman that I worked with who went above and beyond to meet my needs. He was very patient with me and offered me the best deals possible. I will definitely be back to shop with Value City again!!

We had a very positive experience. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. A nice selection of furniture in a nicely displayed and uncluttered setting. Delivery was on time and the guys were great. Not the cheapest place in town, but I feel we got a quality piece, with minimal hassle, and great customer service. Definitely can recommend!

JR and Sanchez were awesome! They came inand dropped off my furniture with no problem at all. They were quick and efficient. My couch looks amazing. They didn’t scratch My floors or walls. They even attached the legs to my couch for me. A +++! I recommend them for anyone!

My husband and I were looking for a sectional sofa with left facing chaise. David Milligan was very helpful directing us to them in the store and allowing us to look around until we made our decision. He was very nice and professional. Also found a recliner for us that would compliment the sofa. Next came the paperwork and David was able to give us a 20% discount that day and said we qualified for 48 months interest free financing. Who wouldn’t love that?! We were promised delivery the next Saturday. I appreciate the great job David did.

Today is Saturday, delivery day and everything was on time and in perfect condition. The men were quick and efficient and cleaned up all the packing material and took it with them.
I highly recommend Value City Furniture for the affordability but also for the many furniture choices. Love our choices and how comfortable it is!

Sanchez and JR were amazing! They ensured that the furniture that was delivered was and detected damages and ensured they will be covered. I would only like for these two young men to deliver the piece that needs delivered. They order the service technician will come and clean the piece that was dirty.
