We LOVE their King Cake! We actually used their online platform to order ahead and I'm glad we did! When I got there at 11 am to pick up our order they were completely sold out! They are 1000000% the best!

King Cakes are the best! I couldn't help but order several! This place was packed, though, and I had to get there when they opened to avoid them being sold out.

I came to this location in hopes of finding the right flavor for my fiancee. The other Randazzo's ran out which is the normal case. But as soon as I walked in, the flavor was sold out. I was bummed and thought about another day not getting what I came for. As I was about to settle for just a strawberry filling, the young lady asked me to wait for a moment while she checked for more cakes. Sure enough, she came back out with a strawberry cream cheese. It was a victorious moment. I left with the biggest smile. The whole staff was welcoming and generous. I live in Baton Rouge and I drove to New Orleans for this cake. I WILL BE BACK (to this location)! 😁😁

During Mardi Gras, Season This Place Becomes one of my favorites to go and pick up King Cake as they are fairly priced and the cakes are not too dry, not too moist.

When I walked into this bakery it smelled awesome! King cakes were stacked all along the sides of the walls up to about 4 ft high. I purchased two king cakes that were filled with pralines and cream cheese as gifts. The recipients absolutely loved the king cakes!!

I got this as a mistake. A neighbor of mine we live in Humble, TX had it sent to her from a family member in Louisiana. She shared it with us since we returned her package. Its delicious our first time having a Kings Cake from Louisiana and we loved it!

This is my absolute favorite traditional king cake. In my opinion THIS is the way a king cake should be. I haven't found any I like as much. However, during Mardi Gras season your best bet is to order ahead or reserve or whatever you need to do. If you just stop by, especially in the afternoon, they are likely sold out. Totally worth planning ahead. We save the babies in a jar to know how many king cakes we had that year and we have quite a few every year.

Highly recommend Randazzo's! Thier original king cakes are to die for. Perfect amount of frosting to cake ratio. The cake is moist, fluffy, and not too sweet like some can be. Also, the frosting they use is amazing. Honestly, by far one of the best around without a doubt! This is how a King Cake should be!
