I had the best storage experience with Southern self storage East. Leslie and Dana were very helpful, patient, and kind while dealing with me. The experience could not have been any better. Great job ladies because you made things a little bit easier for this hot mess.

We utilized Southern Self Storage for many, many years. The complex is tidy and easily accessible (even when hauling a large trailer). Leslie was always a delight to work with. Her customer service skills were exemplary. We vacated the unit because we no longer had a need for it, but if we did, I would lease with Southern Self Storage again.

The process was so easy! I got a qoute online, was contacted the following business day, went and viewed the unit and signed the lease. Quick and efficient. Leslie was super nice. Looking forward to being so close to my home when I need to run and grab something!

I had a wonderful experience Southern self storage. Storage unit was nice not nasty like some places
. anytime I had a problem, Leslie was kind and willing to help. I say leslie because she is the person I delt with the most. But in fact when any of the staff were there, they were all willing to help with whatever.
If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely return to southern self storage.

The Southern Self Storage Center Slidell East is one that I would highly recommend! Not only are the facilities top notch, but the employees are wonderful. They do an excellent job at explaining details about the storage units that are offered/available. Leslie and Traci answered all of my questions thoroughly and were very knowledgeable. They were friendly and accommodating. I have recommended this storage facility to several friends due to the outstanding customer service experience I had. Leslie and Traci made my experience with Southern Self Storage easy and informational. 100% recommend, 10/10.

They are very helpful in getting you set up with the right unit for your needs. For short term use are long-term.
