Bratton Physical Therapy

When I first came into therapy I could barely sit,stand or walk without severe pain. With any activity the pain was so bad that it even hurt to breathe. Now since coming I now have full range of motion and now able to do anything without pain. Ms Jena and her staff have taught me ways in how to cope and prevent the issues that I was having. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy!

This is my 4th time to have therapy done by Jena Bratton. I had been dealing with sciatica for almost 3 months, unable to walk or sleep without pain. After only three visits, my pain begin to subside and now after completing therapy I am pain free. I can exercise, hike, garden and enjoy life again. When I need PT my call will be to Bratton Physical Therapy, it feels like home.

My Mom (Margie Culpeper) had a hip replacement and needed outpatient physical therapy.

Third time for shoulders is the charm! I’ve learned that it’s not always a good idea to “work through the pain.” I’m more proactive now in using PT to help when I over do it at the gym. Also BFR is the bomb!!

I went to Bratton PT because I was having a lot pain from a frozen shoulder. I couldn't sleep, reach to close the car door or reach for anything on an upper shelf. I even had trouble getting dress.
The staff at Bratton got my shoulder moving again. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I had a sudden onset back pain and was unable to bend, walk, sit, or stand on my own. Two days post injury I started with Jena and 4 weeks later I am pain free. I am not one to run to doctors or ask for help but in this situation I had no choice and am glad I did. Jena is great at what she does and I’m thankful to have her and a friend/therapist.

Jena Bratton is a very professional and personable physical therapist. She is easy to work with and I am seeing good progress. I love this place!

After hernia surgery, I was very weak in my abdominal muscles. I couldn’t lift anything over 20 pounds, which limits a great amount of things. I can now lift all my groceries including cat food and water. My abs, while not firm, are much stronger and secure.
During the therapy my shoulder was recognized as being compromised from a previous surgery. Because of the great care and exercises given by Jena and her staff, Jacob and Chelsea, my shoulder is 100% efficient in all activities.

Li had hip surgery & will do 6 weeks with therapy. . Was dreading this journey at age 94. Surprised how medical knowledge was applied & had me enjoy the skills to make my journey of recovery enjoyable :Can’t say enough to express appreciation to each of you! !! Carol Lulch

Before doing physical therapy here at Bratton Physical Therapy I could not walk or stand for more than 5 minutes prior to my hip replacement. I was unable to walk upstairs without pain. Now i am able to walk, stand and do stairs and I am in the best shape ive been in since before surgery. Thanks to Gina and Jacob and the team at Bratton I am able to do things I never thought possible. I was not only able to achieve my goals that were set, I was able to surpass them. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone that has a need for physical therapy. They are the very best!

Such an awesome crew and atmosphere. Jena and her crew are extremely knowledgeable in their field. While training me back to full health, I was also educated on different muscles groups, the skeletal system, and the nervous system relative to my situation. My overall results were outstanding. I definitely recommend this Physical Therapy.

Jena pulled out all the stops to ensure that I had full functioning and strength in my right shoulder following surgery. Jena assisted me with correct sling placement the day after surgery. For 4 months, Jena was instrumental in returning my shoulder to full functioning thru manual manipulation, dry needling and cupping, blood flow restriction to regain muscle strength, to normalizing set backs and random pains that occurred post op. Jena has given me all the tools necessary to keep the shoulder healthy and strong to allow for all my normal activities. Highly recommend Jena and her clinic, staffed with caring friendly people, for all physical therapy needs.

Before going to Bratton, my neck had minimal movement and was in a constant pain for unknown reasons. During my time with Jena and Jacob, I was able to regain much more function in my neck, while reducing the daily pain that I have had. Jena's treats you more like you're part of her family than just a patient. I am now being treated for some knee issues and am confident that I will walk away better than I came with Jena and Jacobs help.

After going through surgery for a torn rotator and torn bicep, I started with Jena for physical therapy in January. Her staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, very welcoming, always smiling, and will accommodate your schedule if needed. (You truly feel as if you become part of the family versus just another patient) They truly care about their patients and getting them back to where they need to be. Jena is very caring and takes her time to explain each exercise and how it is helping in the process. I started in a sling post surgery, and now almost have my arm completely above my head. To be able to regain movement and strength of my arm, Jena I thank you!!!! Highly recommend to any one that’s needs physical therapy.

I was having a lot of pain and mobility issues in my right hip before seeing Jena at Bratton Physical Therapy. During the course of my PT it was determined I was going to need surgery. Seeing Jena prior to having surgery was great for my post op recovery because I was able to strengthen certain parts of my hip.
I returned to Bratton Physical Therapy post op to continue my rehabilitation. Jena helped me to set a goal, develop a sound PT plan and keep me on track. I wanted to push hard and get after it, but Jena helped me to stay on track and manage my expectations to avoid over doing it.
Bratton Physical Therapy has an Alter-G treadmill. If you are a runner or athlete this machine is fantastic. I was able to get back to running 2-3 months early by being able to unload some of my body weight on this machine. By the time I was able to run at full body weight, running felt natural again and I had no pain, soreness, or stiffness.
Jena was great. She cares for her patients, sets realistic goals for them and has plenty of tools to help you get back to where you need to be.
If I am ever in need a physical therapist again, I will go see Jena at Bratton Physical Therapy.

I had hip and shoulder surgery. Prior to therapy I was unable to do the fun things with my grandkids. I had trouble walking, I couldn't raise my arm over my head or lift things. Jena is friendly, informative, and professional. She explains what and why she is doing each exercise. She shows you which muscle groups are being worked and why it's important in the recovery process. I have been coming to Jena since 2000 as my PT I don't want to be referred any place else.
