Carl was my plumber. He was punctual, informed me every step of the way, courteous and figured out the problem quickly. He was able to fix it the same day. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I will definitely be using this company again.

Rob was my technician and he called before the appointment to confirm, arrived on time, was courteous and professional, offered expert service, a fair price and was a pleasure to work with. We had two leak issues. Rob came out on Saturday and fixed the urgent leak and came back on Tuesday to fix the toilet that was leaking. Both times he was thorough, quick, and polite. Everything was fixed well. We will call again if ever we need a plumber.

Fast ,knowledgeable service!!!! Reasonable prices. The plumber who came out immediately figured out the problem with my water heater whereas another company tried & couldn't figure it out. They had 3 trucks with 5 people & could not fix it. John L's took one person about 10 minutes.

Earlier today I called 7 plumbing companies. I either got no answer, vm, or no longer in business replies. I remembered John L's installed my water heater a few years ago. 2day John L's answered on the first ring and was at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed my issue and charged half of what that Roto Company charged me back in 2012 for the same problem. Also, John L's tech - Rob was knowledgeable, very careful of not making a mess, offered advice on other potential concerns and was the most respectful person I've encountered in a long time. This is the 2nd time I've used John L's Plumbing. I strongly believe that everyone would be exceptionally pleased with the high level of service John L's Plumbing provides.

I called for possible service. They stated that they could be out today, but that it might run into overtime. She stated that their regular rate was around $135 an hour, but that if it ran into overtime I would have to pay them $200 an hour plus parts. I TOLD THEM. I'D PASS.
