We stopped for sushi after my daughter's Christmas concert! Best stop ever! Our sushi was well presented & delicious. Our server was super nice & helpful since it was our first time. Highly recommend if your in the area!

Been coming here for years. They have sushi and hibachi dishes to die for. The atmosphere is also amazing, but my favorite thing is the food. 🍱 Excellent customer service and great drinks—They go all out here and it is perfect for any special occasion or just a night on the town.

We love coming here. Every time we go to Minneapolis we stop here for dinner. Excellent, fresh sushi. Superb drinks. Restaurant is modern and very clean. Staff is attentive and very efficient.

I started going when they opened. I don't know why it took so long to catch on. Now they are very busy. Super clean, perfect service, delicious food, and formal but kind owners and staff. I go for sushi and it is wonderful and fresh. My husband loves hibachi. We dine in, take out, a little of both, and it is wonderful every time. I am so happy to see the success of this restaurant because the owners work very hard and are very nice people.

TRUE STORY
I take daily chemo and a few years ago, I was there for sushi with my friend who also had cancer. We both ate there because it was so delicate on our stomachs. He went to the bathroom and I heard a man at another table telling Sharon that he had stomach cancer, and it was all he could eat. Then another guy said he had cancer too! Four of us were eating lunch here because it was so fresh and gentle at a time when we really needed it!

The food is always good here. Excellent service and reasonable prices. One of my favorite sushi restaurants in the Twin Cities area.

Nice little place with lots and lots of options. It was hard to choose only the amount we knew we could eat! We got to sit at a table close enough to see sushi rolls being made. A unique menu of drinks are available. As well as desserts! They have a good group of hardworking employees. Our waitress that went above and beyond even though she was extremely busy. It's a little more spendy, but sushi typically is. Yet with the portions of the non sushi menu items, you'll get your money's worth.

Always a great experience with high quality sushi and service. Highly recommend as the top/go-to Sushi spot in the Hudson & River Falls area. Keep in mind that high quality food takes time. If you want something quick consider fast food.

I reserved a 1 person seating for Valentine's Day and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite it being a holiday, the food was quite fast to come out. I ordered the cooked shrimp and mango roll as well as the squid ginger yaki. The shrimp and mango roll was my top pick of the night. I would highly recommend. The ginger sauce on the squid was fantastic, although the squid was just a tad bit tough. However, I would still recommend the squid here if you're looking for quality rare seafood. The atmosphere was pleasant; I enjoyed the lighting and decor. In addition, I ordered a red bean ice cream mochi (not pictured), which was average in my opinion, however the price was cheap, and it was ice cream mochi, so I was not expecting anything extraordinary. Overall, this restaurant far exceeded expectations and I am delighted to have a new restaurant to frequent.

A wonderful new addition to Hudson! Their raw fish quality is noticeably better than other sushi places in the area, and I love their miso soup! Prices are reasonable as well.

My wife and I love Sapporo. Lately we have been doing take out. We love the Gyoza (dumplings) with pork. Also, the California and king crab rolls too. If you dine in, the Manhattan's are excellent.

Hibachi dinner very good. It's refreshing to go to a Japanese place that actually cooks the salmon correctly. Sides are top notch as well. Hibachi and yum yum sauce are flavored well as well.

Place was a little dark and the server was a little quiet and not as welcoming as I’m used to but the food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Out of this world roll and hands down, best roll I’ve ever eaten to this day. Photo shows a roll absolutely demolished. Thanks guy 🔥🤤

The best sushi restaurant I've ever been to! We have eaten here multiple times, and every time the food and service are phenomenal!

I had tonight Shrimp Teriyaki splendid flavor and vegetables, but the shrimp too much cooked a little bit hard no that tender how the shrimp got to be, Miso Soup, Garden Salad and Ahi Tuna Tataki delicious! Very nice and accurate server, definitely I'll get back soon!

Great place for some quality sushi. Large selection of sushi and rolls, big pieces of fish, beautifully presented. Service is very good, too. There is usually a short wait for a table in early evening but it's worth it. Starts clearing out by 8pm.

This place is about quality and unique flavor. I came here after a date and wasn't expected to be blown away by the quality of the sushi or hibachi, but honestly the sushi stole the show. Staff are polite and professional, it's a busy spot but people there were not loud, which helps when you're having a conversation with your date. Definitely recommend this place, treat yourself with their unique flavors!

It was our first time here for a graduation celebration. Server was excellent and food was timely and really good. We'll be back!

We didn't know this place was here and were really happy with our meals. They also understood celiac, and were able to even make something GF even though the dish wasn't GF. We're looking forward to eating here again the next time we're in the area! 😊
