Cross Gates Family Fitness - Military Rd.

I had an amazing self care kind of day at Cross Gates. First I had FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) with Kelly Guillory. It really increases my mobility and loosened me up. Next I had an hour massage with Moranda and was so relaxed I fell asleep. They both listened to my concerns and worked around my pain. I feel so much better! I love our gym.

Crossgates is such a a wonderful club. It is always clean and organized. They have a large selection of workout equipment and workout classes. The multiple locations makes it very convenient to bop in. Highly recommend.

This place is like a home away from home! They have an incredible childcare facility which allows my wife and I to spend hours playing sports, going to classes, working out, or just hanging by the pool.

I enjoy working out and swimming with friends and the staff are friendly. Member Monday is nice to get a discount on things that you would use or wait to be at a discount.

Seemed like a nice venue for the birthday party we attended.

Pool day today. Love the new addition and the spread out space. Also love the tennis courts since Im on the court most weeks. And the staff…. They’re awesome.

I love coming into work out and the staff are so nice. From day one I was greeted with a smile. Also, sales manager Missy was the best. She is very professional and will explain everything to you. I really appreciate there concerns for each person to work out safe . Awesome place.

Love this place!! No gym in slidell can compare. It's always clean and smells great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The classes and aquiptment are great. Theres endless things to do for family and fun. Worth every penny and would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a great family gym.

Great place! So many awesome classes to choose from, and the childcare staff is beyond friendly! It's midway through February and I'm still sticking with my 2020 goals thanks to Cross Gates!

The fitness center is always clean and the staff members are very friendly. Nice equipment and rarely out of order. Overall you get a lot for your money.

This is the best gym in Louisiana actually, the best gym ever ..it has something for everyone they offer biking classes, racquetball ,aerobics, free weights ,swimming pool ,daycare , Physical Therapy, masseuse, geriatric classes, food, Shops,Spa . All for an amazing price a month too I wish they were everywhere .

I had them for almost two years. My kids loved it. Customer service is not the most helpful but I can deal with that as long as my kids are happy using the pool and daycare.

I love the variety of classes and the convenience of the gym to my house! My family took a break during Covid, but it feels great to be back after 7 months!

Great facility and staff. Always clean and well maintained equipment. Everything we want out of a gym and it's close to home.
