Southern Self Storage

We have been using this facility for the past 4 years due to several moves. This is the cleanest place I have ever seen. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly. It is definitely worth the money. You have never seen a storage facility as first class as this one.

Stacey and Amanda are great the always pass by just to say hi and see how your day is going they keep the grounds clean always they are always checking units to make sure there are no problems the girls work hard and it shows keep up the great work

I have dealt with Stacie since I placed my items in storage there over a year ago. I have always received awesome customer service. Today. The staff is very cordial to work with. With the years i have been renting from them it has never been a problem. I am living out of state for awhile and we were able to do everything online perfectly and effortlessly with the experienced staff. I would definitely recommend Pearl River Storage on Hwy 11.

They greeted me with sincere smiles, and created a welcoming atmosphere. They explained all my options, pricing, and addressed all my concerns. The units are well cared for and well maintained. I received an amazing deal on a unit. Its convenient and easy to access when I need. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

What I always look for firstly in a business is the professionalism, integrity and friendliness of the staff. This is exactly what I observed with the Southern self storage staff. Amanda and Stacy are A+ people. This facility is very large. The grounds and units are super clean which is NOT always the case at other storage facilities. Their prices are VERY competitive. The locks they offer are the best and well priced. They have camera surveillance 24/7. I highly recommend Southern self storage. A+

Stacy's a hell of an employee she deserves a raise.

Great Place with excellent security balanced with 24/7 access. Awesome staff. Just moved out because we build a large workshop on our property that has room for our items otherwise would still be there. Unit was always clean and never saw evidence of rodents in the 1-1/2 years we were with them. Would rate them higher than 5 stars if i could due to their excellent and timely response to communications. Short answer? Your possessions are safe at Southern Storage. Thanks to the great staff!

Wonderful staff and management. I stopped in to look at spaces to stage household goods for an upcoming move and was met with one of the friendliest teams of professionals in the business. I've rented in DC and Atlanta in the past and this team exceeds the customer service standards set by the rest.

The facility is clean, I was escorted to view the available spaces, and presented with options that met my needs. I was made to feel like a member of their extended family when talking about rates and submitting my paperwork for the rental agreement.

Sooooo easy to set up! The office staff was incredible and very personable. Units and buildings are clean and have a fresh feeling. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe place for storing your items.

Upon departure:
The units are clean and very well maintained. You will always find an employee working the grounds to improve service. Costumer service is outstanding from all employees. Always greeted with a smile and always professional and helpful. If I ever need a unit again, this is where I'll be!

The nice girl who works there, (I won't give her name for privacy reasons) called me and told me about the issue as soon as she noticed it!!
I was very thankful for her reaching out to me...

The unit is very clean and more roomier than I thought..👍🏻

My husband and I love this place and the manager! We had to move suddenly, and Dotty worked with us so that we could move our stuff in right away. She was friendly, and honestly just all around great to talk to. The storage unit is climate controlled, clean, and carpeted so we don't have to worry about our stuff getting scratched up on the floor or damaged by the weather. They have insurance options that are incredibly affordable. The rent is a little high, but its 100% worth it for the quality of the units and caring staff. Truly loving this place!
