New company with great potential for career advancement. The base pay is minimal for the work scope but offers great benefits to offset pay. Opportunity for advancement is there and genuinely promoted. Some of the logistics are still being streamlined, but team work is the essence of the company.

A growing company. The pay is lowest around. It used to be offset by insurance covered in full by the company. However, this isn't the case anymore. The main people in the office & owner make most of it. If you work civil or tower it can be good. Any other position will just be existing. They don't give raises easy and will promise you the world but won't deliver. My advice if you want to feel like a number, want to be fed a bunch of false promises work here. If you value yourself and know your worth look elsewhere.

Unprofessional and disrespectful. They like to schedule meetings and either cancel at the last minute or not show up at all. And then when you call for an explanation they give you a run around and tell you they will contact you later and never do.
