The Swamp Park- Zip Line and ATV Center

What an amazing experience on the ATV Tour at The Swamp Park today with my son and I!!! Many thanks to our tour guide extraordinaire Scott who really helped make the trip even better. Scott was cool as a cucumber when we got briefly stuck on a stump crossing one of many huge mud pits along the trail. When my ATV wouldn’t restart after our break at the halfway point, Scott again jumped into action and called in for a replacement ATV which wasn’t needed after all because he got us going again virtually right away. Really can’t say enough positive things about Scott in particular or The Swamp Park staff in general. This was our 2nd time doing this ATV Tour and like the 1st time, when my son and I are smiling nonstop for an hour and a half, does it really get any better than that?!! Highly recommend The Swamp Park and Scott as a guide. Scott is the consummate professional and made our whole weekend. We’ll be back again for sure!

I had such a great time at the swamp park! We booked an ATV tour and it certainly did NOT disappoint! I think I had a smile on my face the entire time! Our tour guide Scott was an absolute gem! I can’t wait to return to check out the zip lines and the other rope courses!

The alligators were a sight as well! We did a small walk to see them as we were waiting for the ATV tour to begin… so beautiful!

My partner set up a zipline outing for my birthday, and while fearful and hesitant at first, we left wishing we could do it all over again. Chris and Jack were our guides for the experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better duo. They were very lighthearted, funny, informative, and very patient as we got adjusted to the heights for the first time, and got over our fears. We also appreciated their thoroughness in guiding us through the safety rules and regulations to ensure we had a smooth, fun, but safe experience.

When going through the different ziplines, we felt that the patience, comfort and confidence they provided throughout the process made us let go of our fear and really take in what nature had to offer. What was also great was spending time learning a multitude of things along the way. Every time we got a chance to stop at the next checkpoint we learned a fun fact about nature and about their experiences with animals that would appear during a lot of the zip lining tours. The whole process also made us feel quite safe - We had our harness, the zipline trolley/break, and two additional lines with clips for safety. We never touched our lines, and let Chris and Jack control those for safety reasons and guide us through the experience.

Part of our package also included photos, and Jack led the front with taking them. He captured tons of moments in those photos, and also some of the funny conversations and encounters with nature we had along the way.

To anyone who is scared of heights, or hesitant to try this experience, I HIGHLY recommend trying this out, and asking for Chris and Jack. They made the zipline tour memorable, and we were left with quite a lot of stories to tell about the whole journey. I would give this experience, and the whole park 100 stars if possible.

Upon leaving everyone was so nice, wished me Happy Birthday, and guided us to the walking trail so we could see some alligators before leaving. Highly recommend this spot and we’ll be coming again.

My hubby and I decided to go zip lining at The Swamp Park to celebrate our anniversary. Best decision ever!!! Our two guides, Travis and Jessie, were absolutely awesome! They made us feel so welcome and comfortable and were full of fun facts and entertaining stories. They let us go at our own pace and were key to us having such a wonderful time. I highly recommend this experience!!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our ecotour of the swamp.Scott is an amazing guide! His knowledge of the swamp and nature in general is impressive. My hobby is nature photography and I enjoyed swapping stories with him. My friend, not as well-versed regarding nature, was full of questions which Scott cheerfully and knowledgeably answered. We even had a stowaway…a little anole came along for the ride! Scott’s humor and knowledge made this tour very memorable. Hang on to him…he is a gem!! We also enjoyed seeing the gators and walking along the nature path. Scott and a young lady (did not get her name) were very pleasant and helpful while I was looking for souvenirs. Everyone is very friendly and definitely made the visit memorable. This old lady will be back!

Jessie and Jack were amazing guides and me and my mom had such a fun time here! 😃 they had so many cool facts about the wildlife around us and were knowledgeable on the area. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone who is seeking adventure and a thrill.pelican dive is a must do!!

My husband and I went 4 wheeling at the park. We were immediately greeted upon arrival. Our guide provided lockers for personal items so we didn't have to worry about losing them. We received great instructions and the ride was fantastic. We rode through mud and sand so we definitely got dirty. The website suggests bringing a change of clothes/shoes, that is sound advice. They were booked for the other activities, but we did get to see some alligators. I definitely recommend them and would love to go back again.

My husband and I booked a zip line tour at The Swamp and were lucky enough to have Mary and Jack as our tour guides! They were both funny, patient, informative, and made us feel safe! Would highly recommend the zip line tour if you want to try something new, see some wildlife, and learn a bunch about nature. The smiles didn’t stop from the moment we geared up! Thank you so much Mary and Jack for the great time and for allll of the dad jokes!

Awesome! I took my 6&7 yr olds and everyone really enjoyed it. We didn’t see many animals but our guide was friendly, funny, smart, and thoughtful. She had so many swamp tidbits! 10/10 recommend.

Our Swamp Tour with Lindsey was awesome!!! She is so knowledgeable about all things nature, and we really enjoyed the boat ride! Even our teen boys were impressed! We leaned a lot about the wildlife and trees in the area. Thank you Lindsey!!!

We just did the swamp boat tour and it was epic! Lindsey(spelling?) hit it out of the park with all her knowledge and expertise on this amazing boat ride! That's it. We just went for the boat ride! It was unbelievable. So relaxing and enjoyable. You must ask for Lindsay's boat tour!
UPDATE!! They. Just. Keep. Getting. Better!! Another outstanding visit to The Swamp Park and all the great associates there. We still haven't even done everything the park offers!
PREVIOUS VISIT... 2 hours of trail riding 4 wheelers, 30 minute break... 2 hours of the rope course, an hour break.... Then about an hour swamp boat ride/tour.
My favorite part of the day was our interactions with just about every employee at the park. These people are friendly, helpful, informative, fun, and they know everything needed to keep you safe and entertained.
We will be back many times, because as much as we love the beach, this Swamp Park just adds to your vacation enjoyment! I HIGHLY recommend you visit The Swamp Park and enjoy some exhilarating exercise or wonderful relaxation, and try a few or all of the adventures awaiting you!

Great ATV experience!!! First timer here and Chris was a great instructor!!! I drove up from Myrtle Beach and don’t regret the hour commute for all the fun and time allocated for us 🤜🏻🤛🏼 Highly recommend!!!

Had a great time on the ATV trail! Chris was our guide, he did a fantastic job! Highly recommend going, it is a blast. Seeing the alligators was included in our price, crazy thing to do but super interesting!
They also provide lockers for whatever you need! All of the staff was super sweet and helpful!

Our family of 10 took the eco boat tour and it was fantastic. Our tour guide (I can’t remember her name I’m so sorry lol) was extremely friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about the wildlife and the plants in the swamp. She even stopped the boat and put in reverse a few times so we could get closer looks of the cranes, turtles, and the harmless water snake that we saw. The boat ride is very slow and relaxing so it’s great for all ages and really gives you a chance to see everything in the swamp. This is definitely a must do experience that’s a little bit different than your average trip to the beach.

Excellent place to visit. There are live alligators, the adventure park is fantastic and the swamp tour is a fun and relaxing excursion. Our guide Lindsay was so great and very knowledgeable.

Recently went zip lining for a friend's birthday and it was amazing! Scott and Jessie were our guides and they're just as knowledgeable of the swamp as they are full of personality! We were all varying levels of afraid and by the end we were all wishing there were more lines to careen across in the tree tops. Magnificent views, superb company (guides included), and tons of fun facts you didn't know you wanted to learn. 12/10!

FABULOUS. The entire customer service experience was 5 stars from the moment the 3 of us walked into the clean, cabin-like facility.
However, Margaret and Travis were exceptional. They were professional, engaging and safety focused. I felt like their attention was only on us(party of three) from the moment our adventure started . I personally felt it was a big bang for the cost of $89.00 per person.
We were there for ziplining, however, that included the swamp park and that was supercool for a native Minnesotan.
The walk thru the swamp park/area to see MANY alligators was super cool. I think I'd love the ATV tour/ride. Next time! No wait time on a Thursday. Beautiful area.

What an amazing experience on the Cypress Canopy Zip-line at The Swamp Park Outdoor Adventure Center. This was my first time zip-lining and I was somewhat apprehensive about it. Jack and Mary put my mind at ease with their experience, safety issues, knowledge of the area (always had a story at each “stop”). I will definitely be back!

My family (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 & 15) took the Eco Boat Tour. We absolutely loved it! Our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable! The scenery was beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!
