Jim and his team did my personal and business taxes in 2016 and 2017, excellent job. I do not have the run of the mill tax return. Jim was able to listen to my specific situation. and handled it like a champ. Plan to use their services again.

Jim is the best. We have been using him for our business and personal taxes for a few years now. He is accurate and prompt as well as very helpful. He is so quick to return a call or email to us which means a lot.

Horrifying. Mr. Pappalardo was asked to file taxes for my business and my partner for 2016. He was given ample advance notice and a clear written account of the situation. He failed to do the returns correctly. He comprised a joint filing which was not what we asked for and our instructions could not have been more clear. Once We received our returns on April 10, 2016. I let him know they were wrong. His reply was terse. I replied with expectations and he basically told me to do it myself 5 days before taxes were due.I communicated some frustration with this and how I had been treated in past and current matters and promised to take action if we could not get a proper resolution. Mr. Pappalardo made some unfounded accusations which could have been construed as offensive and an attack. I have trouble recalling a more unpleasant experience with a professional unless you want to count used car salesmen as professional.
