Wendy's

I really love the taste of Wendy's. The fresh, never frozen beef just tastes better. I really wish they offered the Big Bacon Classic on a pretzel bun. I'd even pay a dollar to upgrade to the pretzel bun if it was an option. I love the orange dream frosty. They should keep it around.

Sita I believe her name was. She helped me a lot when I had a order issue where I ordered in Layton, but the order went to her store. She tried her best to get my order transferred, but the Layton store wouldn’t. She held my order and made sure I got fresh food when I arrived. Beyond helpful. Thank you.

The chicken in there new Chicken Ranch Wrap was so tender! I really enjoyed the wrap and plan on getting it again. The place was clean and people friendly.

This was an Uber Eats pick-up. The food was ready upon arrival, and the cashier was really great and friendly. I was concerned about not having any drink carriers in stock, and he actually offered to help me to the car with the order. That was truly above and beyond, and MUCH appreciated.

There has been such a huge change in the location in a positive way! My food is always fresh and the service has been great! The atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable! It’s so much cleaner and you can see that someone in charge cares!

Never had a Wendy's hamburger until last week. Ordered a Daves Single and it was surprisingly good.
But the Chili is what brings me back! Almost as good as my homemade chili. And you can order it in a large family size! Always delicious!

Typically a good place to eat the teenagers that sometimes work there. Don't know what work ethic means or their courtesy .
For the most part, they're a good place to get a good burger and fries a lot better than McDonald's lol

Great lunch. Got the $5 Biggie Meal with crispy Chicken. Came as ordered and hot. Good to eat inside again. Tasted just like it should. Clean inside lobby.

The quality of the food is unbeatable for the price, but it certainly not the highest quality. The staff is super friendly and understanding. One of the managers in particular, Kyle, is an outstanding employee who always brightens the atmosphere.

The service is great! The guy with tattoos at the front was so sincerely polite and was doing the work of what seemed like someone that missed their shift. I'll definitely go here again. I just wish you had support for Google Pay since they have deals and benefits. The food is pretty top notch as well. Thanks! I'm sure my sister will enjoy her shake!

I rarely write restaurant reviews but when I do it's because they're either really good or really bad. Today I'm writing this review to share about the exceptional service I received from one of the employees at the North Ogden location. I am new to using the app and was having some trouble with it. Kyle bent over backwards to help me, like literally bending out of the window. Another car pulled up so he had me pull forward and then he came outside to keep assisting. When the app still wouldn't work, he had me come around again, order, and then he manually entered the coupons. I kept apologizing but he wouldn't hear of it and only made me feel welcome and like he had all the time in the world to help me. Thanks for the experience!

I was surprised at how.good the breakfast menu is! Wayyyy better then McDonald's or burger King, eggs are real eggs not weird yellow sponges; bacon is crisp and not deep fried cardboard. Oj and milk are good brands and the seasoned potato/fries are soooo gooood!!

The food was great, the staff was nice and speedy. They are doing the frosty cards right now and I am so excited for it. They are my favorite and remind me of when I was in high school so bonus for the memory additions.

I love thier #4 Chicken classic sandwich. It actually has a very large, thick piece of chicken.

I had the best customer service! They were busy and had to cook the chicken fresh and told us it would be a few minutes and that they would make sure the food was fresh and hot. True to their word we got what we ordered. They did forget the frosties but I didnt care. Other than that minor booboo it was fantastic!

I love Wendy because the food is pretty good and for a good price. One thing that I would say needs improvement is the consistency in good Fry's. You never know what Fry's your going to get

Damn this food is good y’all’s need to go to this restaurant nice people and they are really fast.

Taco salad is wonderful. Different then you expect bit it's great and I love it. I always order an extra chili because I love their chili.
