USA Flooring came through once again and did NOT disappoint. I've worked with Anthony before and I knew what to expect. He's my go-to guy for flooring. We've known each other a very long time even outside of work so I know he's very knowledgeable with this stuff. His suggestions were excellent which saved me a few coins in the process compared to what I had in mind originally. They handled my upstairs flooring and stairs. The finished product turned out phenomenal! The installers were on time & knocked out the project in a timely manner plus cleaned up. I would suggest USA Flooring if you're in the market for floors.

When embarking on the journey to install pre-finished hardwood floors in my home, I could never have anticipated the hurdles ahead. However, every cloud has its silver lining, and mine was the unparalleled customer service and support Nick Ianucilli and USA Flooring provided.

From the get-go, my experience was met with unexpected challenges due to manufacturing defects in the hardwood floor. The first installation revealed a significant flaw that necessitated the complete removal and replacement of the newly installed floor. Nick coordinated with the manufacturer's local rep to inspect the defective flooring, which happened in short order, and a second delivery from a different lot was located and shipped. Astonishingly, the second delivery exhibited the same product defect. At this point, frustration could easily have overwhelmed the process, yet Nick's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction shone brightly against these setbacks.
Understanding the gravity of the situation, Nick was sympathetic and proactive. He focused on rectifying the issue without further inconvenience and suggested switching wood floor manufacturers. To closely match my initial color selection, Nick offered a superior product from the new manufacturer at no additional cost. His dedication to ensuring my satisfaction was beyond commendable.

The logistics of awaiting the third installation could have been daunting, as it meant walking on bare plywood across the entire first floor of my home for weeks. However, Nick's exceptional thoughtfulness in arranging for a complimentary area rug for both the living room and master bedroom mitigated the discomfort of the interim setup.

When the third installation was underway, it proceeded well. The outcome was spectacular, with the floor exceeding my expectations. The superior quality of the product, coupled with a professional installation team, has transformed my living space into a haven of comfort and beauty.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Angie and the rest of the team at USA flooring. We were in a bit of a time crunch and ended up finding 1,500 sq. ft. of flooring and bathroom tile to match, all of which was in-stock. The team was willing to work with us on price and made the buying experience effortless.

We turned to USA flooring to add carpeting to a staircase and replace the builder-installed carpet in a main floor guest bedroom and once again got exactly what we needed at a great price. USA Flooring for the win!

USA Flooring worked with us to find the right solution for one of our investment townhomes that completely transformed it. David worked with us to be sure the product fit our needs to a T, and the project included a stair carpeting installation that was sourced from a different location because it needed to be matched with the second floor carpet.
** Start to finish they did a bang-up job and I highly recommend them for your flooring needs - which is why I am a multiple repeat customer.

I went to three flooring companies and chose USA Flooring; they did not disappoint. I worked with Angie, who was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for, as well as mindful of the budget I wanted to stay within. I had all the floors completed by this company, and I must say the contractor did an excellent job installing our floors. Was more than satisfied with USA floors. They were less expensive than Lowe’s and Home Depot. They put on better carpet and mats than I was quoted at both other places. Their customer service was also out of this world. Please go see Kathryn-she’ll set ya straight.

Great selection of flooring, way more than what you will find at Lowe’s/Home Depot. Worked with James Wagner, who was very knowledgeable, helped us find the patterns and colors we were interested in. He was a great resource and support throughout the process. The floors are installed and look amazing. We went with core-tec manilla oak. Very happy with appearance and quality of the product.

We got a carpet stair runner installed at our house and it looks wonderful! Kathryn was a great help discussing different options and coordinating everything. Install took about 2 hours. We’re very pleased!

I really cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Katie at USA Flooring. From start to finish, she was one of the best sales and customer representatives I’ve ever worked with. Katie knew exactly what type of flooring would be best for our family, coached us on colors, and even stayed on top of the install to make sure it was complete by our deadline. Throughout the process I was confident because she was only a text away and provided regular updates. I’m thankful to have found this company and will be returning for any and all flooring needs.

Have you ever been to the store and the sale associate doesn’t give you time of day, not with USA flooring from the first interaction I made with their sales associate asked me for what I was looking for showed me the products gave me a backstory and gave me different options to choose from even showing us the product. After we picked out the floor, we won we spoke to a gentleman named James. He answered all my questions gave me a rough estimate that came out to be really close to what it was and was able to book me in for the next day I didn’t believe how quick it was, but I’m super in love with my new floors.
