Called these guys up when I found my old cast iron sewer drain line leaking. I was skeptical when they said they didn't do estimates. I took a chance, and it paid off. Not only is the work great, but the price was great as well. Everyone from the office to the installation was great and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again, I couldn't be happier.

I have always had excellent service with WC plumbing used them multiple times over the years but today that really came thru , had a bursted water pipe under my mobile home John called back early said they were covered up with work but would try and would get to me tomorrow on a sat but someway made it happen and got to my home within a couple of hours how nice my bath was ,thanks again for helping me and serving our community also reasonably priced .

I had a great experience with these folks. I needed a new natural gas water heater and a couple minor leaks fixed in my house. My first phone call to them resulted in a very quick callback from a salesperson who gave me several options on water heaters they already had in stock. He was up front with me about the different styles, possible problems that could arise, and scheduling the service. I took a week to consider other options and decided on WCP. We scheduled the work for a Monday morning and even though the company's staff was short-handed for the week they got there and got the job done in about 3 hours. The price was competitive with other providers and I felt like I wasn't pushed into buying any "extras" that I didn't need. I would contact these folks again.

I have used WC Plumbing for at least 5 years now - referred to me by a friend who has used them for longer than that. I have never had a problem or complaint. Every job has been done professionally and without any after-problems. I trust the company. They show up when they say they will.

The only time in the 5 years have I ever felt I needed to call the office was after a recent job. Though I was very appreciative the plumber came out quickly, I felt I was over-charged for what was done. I called the office and they looked at the records (they keep meticulous records) and agreed with me. So they mailed me a check for the difference.

Look, they aren't cheap and may be a bit more than some plumbing companies (and I wish they had rates for smaller uncomplicated jobs--I paid as much for this tiny "repair" than I did for a bigger more complicated job) but if you feel you were over-charged, ask them to review the bill.

Also note (I did not know this) that their time-stamp starts when they are in route to your house--I don't agree with that concept at all but likely that could be industry standard for some plumbers. I certainly never was paid for my time in my car on route to my job! Neither are other services I have used - electricians, floor installations, etc - none charge for the time en route to my house. This would be my one eye-raiser here and will have me hesitate before I call a plumber in the future.

This is a professional business with plumbers who are licensed and knowledgeable, and sometimes you really will have what you pay for. I honestly may think twice about calling them for a small job or something I may can try to fix myself, but for bigger jobs they are in my contacts. I trust their work and that takes some of the sting out of the rates.

Dylan did it great job and was here within 12 hours of my first call when everyone else was saying next week at the earliest. More expensive than I thought but you get what you pay for!

Starting with the phone call to Western Carolina plumbing, I have nothing but good things to say. Karen in the office was pleasant and very helpful setting up my appointment. Cliff gave me a courtesy call on the way, he was on time exactly as we had discussed… Cliff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fixed my problem very very quickly.. He also told me some things about my home that I wasn’t aware of. So that was a positive learning experience… Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be using these guys again should a problem arise. I highly recommend!!!!

I have done home repair and flipped homes for over 40 years, but there are some jobs just better left to the professionals. The current home we're buying has more leaks than a yard sprinkler. Last evening I needed excellent knowledgable help fast!! That is exactly what I got when Josh showed up. He quickly ascertained the issues with the well pump and pressure tank, then located the many leaks with faucets, shutoffs, and drains within the house. We then crawled into the muddy crawl space under the house and found a line that had frozen and split. I asked him if there was any way he could repair that since he was already there. He agreed, laid there in the mud and replaced the section of pipe. I will request Josh again EVERY time I need a plumber!
And the best part... All of the aforementioned work, and the bill was extremely fair, including the repair parts! Thank you Josh and Western Carolina Plumbing!

WNC Plumbing has completed several jobs at my residence, and each one has been completed professionally and in a timely manner. Today, the day after Christmas and a severely cold weekend, Josh came out to fix our frozen, cracked water line at the well head and did a superb job. They got to us as soon as possible, while dealing with an onslaught of folks needing their plumbing repaired. Communication is always great. Clifford repiped our entire 88 year old house. Very professional and friendly. Price was reasonable. I definitely would use them again if ever needed.

Steve was AWESOME. He showed up within a couple of hours of my initial call. He loved on my doggies who had to get some attention from the stranger, lol. He unclogged our drain quickly and the bill was cheaper than we expected. He provided us with his card and we will use this company again if we have any issues in the future.

Had a gator bite shut off valve come apart and flooded my kitchen! WNC plumbing was able to come within 45 minutes and properly repair the water line. Thank you for a fast response and a professional job!

Steve arrived on time and quickly got to work unclogging our drain of years of build up. He answered all of my questions and explained the problem very clearly. We were charged the quoted price with no surprises. We will definitely use WC Plumbing & Piping again.

Western Carolina Plumbing was ready to come out for a plumbing emergency on Thanksgiving. Granted, I knew I was in a bind when my disposal unit started backing up into my kitchen sink on Thanksgiving Day at about 2pm. I did a quick Google search and found Western Carolina Plumbing & Drain. After I called the dispatcher, she said I would receive a call from the technician shortly. In 5 minutes, I had a call from the technician (who was very nice) and he said he had to go to his shop and that would take about 30 minutes. I couldn't believe how quickly they were addressing my needs. That being said, my wife knew exactly what the problem was and she cleared the clog in the drain line. Apparently, I never listened when she told me never to put potato peelings down the disposal. After she got the line cleared, I called the technician back and asked him what I would owe him for his trouble. It had been roughly 10-15 minutes tops since I had spoken with him. He said nothing and we both had a good laugh at the fact that my wife insisted I tell him that she had fixed it. Regardless, the next time I have a plumbing or drain issue that my wife can't fix - I will definitely be calling Western Carolina Plumbing & Drain.

Unheard of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When you call a company at 7pm on a Saturday you expect no answer or an answering machine.. I got an actual live person that took my information. I had a pipe burst underground outside and was watering the neighborhood. Steve was on call and what a gem!! He called me that night to just set expectation of his workload and was able to fit me in on Sunday(don’t worry, the water company came to shut water off). He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and kind!! Use this company, you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks Steve!❤

Excellent prompt service at a fair price. They upgraded our cottage's existing indoor plumbing and connected us to to new meter at the street. In and out in 2 days. Highly recommend.
