My family and I recently purchased our very first home in Dunn, and one of the first things we did after moving in was research top residential roofing companies in the area. The reason is very simple – we wanted to have a reliable contractor on call for any roofing issues we may encounter down the road. I think it's safe to say that we found what we were looking for in The Roof Mentors. They are very professional and experienced, and we loved how honest and transparent they were from the get-go. Needless to say, we already feel much safer in our new home!

I had a roof put on less than two years ago and i was already having leaks. The Roof Mentors came out and told me unfortunatly the roof was installed "improperly" and the issues could only be fixed with a new roof. After seeing the processes and the craftmanship of the roof mentors I understand completly what they were talking about. It took over a week to have my roof installed last time and they did it in just a day. The crew was so fast and precise it was amazing watching them work. Please learn from my mistakes and get it done correctly the first time! The roof mentors are as professional as any company i've ever worked with!

I was quoted a good price to replace roof. In the end they were short 2 bundles of shingles . They charged me an additional $1653.00 which included lumber that had to be replaced on roof. Not that much lumber was needed and in my opinion did not warrent charging me that much extra money. They should have known in the beginning how much shingles to buy as well .Not happy. They did nothing about my complaint.
