I was in a bad mood after reading the reviews and driving to this stop. I was irritable all day expecting the worst. Showed up 1 hr before my appt, checked in at main gate, drove around and parked, waited 20 min in line thinking how horrible it was going to be, got a door in 10 min after 2nd check in, got unloaded in just over 1 hour. Whole process took 1 hr 45 m from gate to unload. I felt foolish psyching myself out over nothing the whole time soley based on the reviews of negative truckers, which I should've already known about their personalities considering they pass each other at one mile per hour faster on the interstates when one guy is governed at 64 and the other at 63 and the speed limit is 75. It's a decent place people!

DONT GO TO EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE! Check in at security gate and they give you a parking spot. Once parked go to appropriate door to check in. Received a door at check in. Appt 1700 arrived 1900. Took about 2hr total to complete. Paid capstone via text. Lots of space to park.

I missed my appt on Wednesday because of mechanical issues. They rescheduled me to Friday morning. Though on Thursday In the morning I was already there. Security guard was friendly. They accepted me, and I even got unloaded in few hours. Plenty of space to maneuver.

I had a five o'clock appointment they took me in at three thirty. They have a rule to unhook at the door. Before I could even get unhooked from my trailer they had me unloaded. I was out by 18:00. Friendly people

On February 14, 2024 I had an appointment at 7 AM got there at about 5:30 AM got checked in they told me where to go got a door right away was in and out with paperwork in hand by 9 AM Eastern standard time that is great considering I had 16 pallets to deliverdon’t know what the lumper fee cost I’ll let my company handle that nice friendly staff the lady at the windows was nice I would definitely come back here deliver here again

The entrance is off 301 right cross off Emmet Rd. As usual check in starts 1500 for dry vans. Appointment 1500, arrived early 1420, check in by door 85 1430, docked 1610, paid Lumber fees1615, unloading 1620, departed 1715. I know there is a lot of bad reviews but my experience does not verify them at all.

Maybe I got lucky with my deliver. Checked in at 1300 for a 1600 appointment. Went straight to a door after checking in with the shipping office, within about 15 min they started unloading me and recieved my signed bills of lading at 15:45.

I was ready for an all day nightmare from the other reviews.

Ran out of hours on my 14 here and they would not allow parking on their facility but a lot of drivers were parking across the street on Norma drive. Nobody messed with me while there, just be respectful to the businesses and don't block their driveways.

Super fast the best capstone workers yet unloaded ne within 2 hours and left an hour before my appointment time. Thank you able to enjoy my weekend

I checked in at 1430 for a 1630 appointment, got a door at 1515 and was unloaded with paperwork in hand at 1630. Easy in, easy out with plenty of room to maneuver 👍

Arrived at guard shack 1 1/2’hours early guard assign me a parking place. Checked in at receiving window, she took my number 10 min later I was assigned a door. Started to unload me 10 min after backup no in. Didn’t have to pay lumper, I GWU’s that depends on who your broker is. The ole in and out!!!! Lots of room easy to find

First time in the facility, appointment 08:00,time in 07:00,time out 09:30.

Sayed Elhaddad is completely incorrect. The truck entrance is on emmet and 301 where it intersects. I’ve come here for years and you can clearly look down and see the truck entrance where trucks come in and security. When you clear them you will turn left and go around the building to the middle of it in most cases but some will go all the way around the building for some reefer deliveries

Dry van doors don’t start until 2pm but will allow you in to stage at noon.

Came in late at 6:30pm for my appt which was at 4 pm took me in no problem at 8 pm they where done i guess it was my day 👍

That is the best food lion DC I ever been to, organize wise and dock time wise. If you think this one is bad , good luck for going other food lion DC and you will know what I am saying. 2 hours unload , 20 mins at line. Not bad at all.

Good Personnel from the guard shack to the receiving office!! Appointment for 1600. Check in at 1400 door at right there and then. Off loaded a full load. By 1500 and on my happy way!!! Great Job

I've seen all of the other reviews and honestly I didn't have a bad experience here. My appointment was for 11 am, I got here at 5:30 am checked in at the guard shack (3 mins) then proceeded to the back of the warehouse and parked. Walked across by door 21 and checked in with the receiver and then with the lumper. Got a door immediately. Started getting unloaded at 6:15 was done, paid the lumper and was outta there by 7:36.. They get 5 stars from me.. And all the staff was cool...

Even with long line,no problems today.I guess it depends on what you bring in

Showed up 2 hours early. Was told to come back tomorrow after 2:00. Went back to the truck stop called the freight broker to confirm my appointment for 4:00 p.m. went back to the gate at 4:00 p.m. got in a different line and was issued a door. Unloaded in 2 hours

My experience was okay. My appointment was a 0600 I arrived about 07:30. I was checked right in and sent around back to receiving, put in a door. From check in at guard, unloading to getting my bills to existing 2 hours and maybe some change. With the construction going on get off at exit 71 Long Branch, go west and hang a left. Arrowhead is the old entrance. Nearby by truck stop and rest area.
