This experience in the service department was probably the best I've ever had. There was no pushy up sales for things I didn't need. Everybody was so nice, respectful and helpful. An they listen to what I had to say and even taught me how to do things on my own. The amazing customer service was top-notch will be taking our truck there again.

All of the folks at Bleecker Jeep have been wonderful and go out of their way to make customers feel welcomed and valued. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in their interactions with customers--even a year after purchasing a vehicle. The service department provides quick, professional service, and the representatives are kind and friendly. This is, bar none, the best dealership with whom I have done business!! 5 stars does not even come close. Sunday morning my wife's Durango Check Engine Light comes on. Got the code read and it was the oil pump. Of course I am out of town. On Monday morning at 815 AM I called Bleecker and they went above and beyond. The vehicle was picked up by 9 AM and they even left a loaner for her. They were not satisfied with the code reading and went deeper into it and found it wasn't the oil pump, it was a code reprogramming issue. The easy thing to do would have been to charge me about $2000 for a new one but they did what was needed and it was under $150. It is good to say that 5 stars is their starting point. This Review is about the 5 star service department at Bleecker Chrysler Dodge and wonderful help I got from Pat and his team. I haven't used a dealership svc dpmt in years because of bad experiences but had a very serious issue that no one was able to fix. After a nightmare experience at Crown Dodge I brought my car to Bleecker and was blown away by the treatment, 100% night and day. I was treated like royalty; the waiting area is new with complementary snacks, cold drinks, and Starbucks coffee, a shuttle was ready as needed for a long wait if I had to get to a restaurant, best of all my repair was complete and my issue that made me fear for my safety was finally corrected. I will always drive the 30 minutes from Fayetteville to Dunn for work on my car and my Father's truck. 30 minutes driving the back roads to Dunn or 30 minutes sitting in a line waiting on my appointment at Crown? That's a no Brainer! Oh - Pat gave honest advice on products and ways to save on my issues. Don't let Pat retire. Ever 😅

Had an appointment and everything was on time! Service managers were great. One note, you spent a ton remodeling the place please fix the ADULT tv in the waiting room. Has never worked.
