I have purchased many suits over the past 4 decades and each time I find a suit that isn't a Brooks Brothers, it's an instantly regrettable purchase. The service is Disney like!

EXCELLENT customer service! I’ve been many times now and I really can’t say enough. Always have had a pleasant shopping experience when I’ve driven up from Asheboro. I’m pretty new to BB, but now I have several items and absolutely love the quality! The new shoes are very well-made and to me much better than Sperry. I don’t remember the names of the staff members who assisted me but one was a woman, and two older gentlemen. Very helpful and accomodating; instead of repairing a sweater I brought in I was given a credit, which to me is even better, I can choose something new. But I really want to thank all the staff there, they’re all very professional and courteous and know how to treat customers! Definitely go in and look around if you want some new stuff and want the classy experience of shopping there!!

My fiancé and I came into this store to find a suit for our upcoming wedding. Kylie was our consultant and she was more than helpful. She stayed with us for an hour and helped us pick the perfect suit. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well.

I was traveling on business to a client meeting and forgot my dress shirt to go with my suit. I arrived at the store around 9:30, knowing they didn't open until 10 since I didn't know the area and wanted to be there right when they opened. I was INCREDIBLY impressed when the staff saw me waiting and asked if they could help. I told them I forgot my shirt and they invited me in, immediately sized me and had me on my way 15 mins BEFORE the store even officially opened. Exceptional service to say the least.

After trying 7 stores to find the item I needed, I ran in here and told the gentleman behind the counter what I was looking for (on the afternoon of Friday, October 22).

He found exactly what I wanted after asking a few questions, promptly took care of me and rang me up, and was friendly along the way.

I wanted to say thanks in a time of negativity and toxicity for this level of service. It also didn’t hurt that he was handsome too!

I have been in the store twice, and both times received excellent service. They had exactly what I was looking for, the gentleman was friendly, helpful and efficient in finding what I needed and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience shopping here.
