Papa Johns Pizza

This was one of the best Papa John’s pizzas we’ve had in a very long time. The original crust was back to what we are used to and covered in the Parmesan garlic baked glaze was fantastic. It was done quickly, and there are plenty of toppings on it just the right amount It was quick to pick up and the cashier was friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

I frequently order from this location and the customer service is always excellent. The wait time has always been sufficient. The food is always as ordered and appears fresh.

But I know you aren’t suppose to put cheese on top of the veggies! All the veggies and cheese fell off. Train your employees. ;)

Manager Curtis in Fayetteville, NC at raeford road location is hands down the most professional and courteous I’ve encountered. Goes above and beyond to deliver quality service to the customers. Papa Johns got it right with this one.

My experience: After spending long hours cleaning on a Sunday preparing for the upcoming work week, I decided to order pizza for my hungry family of 6! I received a pizza that was sloppily, over sauced and too soggy. I called and manager (first of all answered the phone) however, was courteous and listened to my gripe. He explained how this could happen when having fresh ingredients added to a pizza but also understood my perspective of receiving something unsatisfactory. He was eager to provide quality service and had the pizza remade. I completely appreciated it! I simply just wanted what I paid for to be made correctly and this manager offered to do so right away without me having to ask. Thank you!

Very pleased with the customer service. Was missing a couple of items when I received my order, and the manager on duty was very apologetic and even upgraded the size of my missing items with no extra charge and sent them back out.

I am always greeted at this location. I also order for later pickup times and my order is “always” hot and fresh, even though I arrive up to 30 mins after the pickup time. Highly recommend this location.

Great food and great staff. I have work there for a few months and they care about quality a lot. Any mistakes are donated and pizza is remade before it leaves the building. The project is always fresh and everything is cleaned everyday, more than I thought before working there.

I originally ordered on my app but called to ask them to cook my wings well. I talked with Gabby who explained the different degrees of cooking it longer. We settled on how many passes through and how many extra ranch and she was fantastic! I’m the GM of a restaurant with over a hundred employees. I can tell when someone SINCERELY wants to service customers sooo...I said what do you do there Gabby? She said she was also a GM. I’m looking for a manager and I’m not going to lie, I tried pretty hard to recruit her! Unfortunately for me, but looking even better for her, she stayed loyal to her company. Thanks for superior service Gabby!

Just placed an order. In the past it had been frustrating to get a straight answer out of anyone on whether they could deliver to my area or not. But today, the lady that answered the phone also answered my questions and was able to arrange delivery to my area. She was patient and understanding and was compassionate. It is employees like her that keep loyal customers and create new ones. I hope the other locations follow suit.

I had take out and it was really good the guy who took my order was really happy and in a really good mood.

Placed my order online, was told it would be about 20min. It was exactly 20mins as I walked in the door--it was Ready. Friendly staff and convenient location. Like that it is next to Food Lion so I could pick up a few other necessities.

Never had an issue ordering from this location the last couple time if got a driver (caprice) who was friendly and always up beat. I wish I could request him all the time

Wonderful service, I ordered pizza every other week and never have they failed. I can recommend anyone who lives around the area to order pizza.
