The cashiers and wonderful customer service skills. They were very helpful.

I gained some weight recently and needed to come in during a quick work break to get clothes during opening hours for professional photos I was taking, especially since I'm so used to wearing my work-from-home "uniform." The associate was so kind, helpful, and supportive. She took the time to help me pick out, find, and plan everything I might need at the pace I needed that day. She made great suggestions that made me feel good and confident about my decisions.

Today was my 2nd visit here at Poyner Village. This is my favorite shopping center. The customer service at this location is impeccable time and time again. I visited to pick up a Online shipment for intimates. This is my first online order. I purchased during the semi annual sale. Upon arrival Kymberly greeted me warmly and informed me of the 50% off offer when placing an online In Store pick order. 50% on top of already discounted items was a score.

I had no idea Lane carried a size 12 and had the size in abundance. This was new news to me. Lane Bryant has stepped out of the shadows of the homely, frumpy 90's style for Plus Sized Women. Prior to visiting, I would not consider myself Plus Sized, but curvy and voluptuous. Lane has arrived. The new styles provide clothing that is functional, comfortable and trendy without sacrificing your self esteem. Their denim collection is high quality featuring fabric that provides stretch and functionality. I saw quite a few pieces I'll have to return to purchase. The denim is really high quality and fits like a glove for curvy women. I purchased a pair of skinny jeans and a cute mock neck knit top with ruching. I saved over $30 this trip.

The women who work here care about their community and treat you like family each shopping trip. Stay in your Lane.

Melodie, the sales associate was incredibly helpful . Took time to measure me ( things change !) , explained "sister sizes " been doing for years just did not know it had a name ..and assisted me with trying on a few items .

I have been in this store multiple times. I'm always greeted with a smile. There were other customers in the store and the associates helped us all. They even helped me try on 8 different pants until I found the one that was right for me. She even had to go to the back to find the right style and size.

I love shopping here! Very clean and neat store!Friendly, outgoing staff who are all so very helpful. I never have to worry about whether or not they might have size, they keep even new items well stocked. If by some chance they are out of stock of something you want, they offer to look online for it and have it shipped to your home. They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Love this place!

Stores are closing. Employees are stressed. I just received great customer service over the phone. I cannot expect to receive great service if I do not act positive.

I have called and been into this store and I get the same great service no matter what. Even when they are really busy the ladies in the shop treat you like you are the only one in the place.

Love this location. Some associates are friendly. Always a good selection.

Great place for supportive bras. A little pricey but it doesn't matter as long as your getting that support you need from them. Stylist clothing and body suits and nice dress attire.
