King's Haywood Construction was highly recommended, I gave them a call and they put me in their schedule so fast, and a very reasonable quote, explained every detail of the job they were going to do and if I had any questions just to ask, they were very quick on installing my metal roof. to come and completed the work in a very short time. I was very pleased

KHC did an amazing job on my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Will be using them on my future projects.

They don't back their work, especially when they make a mistake. They put a new metal roof on our home, materials from Go Metal Roofing, without any decking. They never called us to let us know there was no decking, until we called to tell them our roof was still leaking. We called them out 3 times, they repaired part of the leak, but the last 2 times they just kept saying we're out of warranty. I'd give them a negative rating, but that's not possible. We ended up having the roof redone by someone else. I'm still debating whether or not to report them to the BBB.

Left all of my information on the form at their website. They never called or emailed. If they were swamped then I would have easily understood. But to ignore a potential customer altogether is unacceptable in business.
