I had a routine but embarrassing medical problem. Novant's team treated me with respect and helped me better understand the pathway to health and healing. Left with a smile on my face.

They checked me in upon my arrival. They were very professional and nice. I didn't wait long at all. I had a nice visit, and would highly recommend.

The Admin Asst at the front desk (blonde with fairy hair) was very nice and professional to everyone she dealt with. I was early so I had time to listen to her trying to reschedule some appointments and she was very pleasant. The nurse that took me back was also very nice. Dr. Reyes looked me in the eyes the entire time I was explaining my situation-that really put me at ease because I had his full attention. I LOVED the way he interacted with his nurse Angie. He stood in the open door and said, “Angie, she’s ready for you. Angela, put down that phone, come on Angie.” He looked at me and I’m sure my eyes were big as plates. Then he said, “She’s showing me a finger”. I literally burst out laughing! When she came in she said, “I showed him this finger” and made the pointing motion you’d use on a toddler that signifies ‘you’re about to get it’. So funny! She said she’s worked with Dr. Reyes 14 years and that he’s great. I’m so glad I had read his online reviews and his bio, because I knew exactly who to ask for.

Awesome team. They kept me well informed, always on time and great follow up. I will only go back to Novant Kville.

Wonderfully kind and polite staff! Everyone I interacted with prior to and after my surgery were extremely nice and helpful, from billing to reception to the nurses and doctors. Everyone involved in my case even sent me a card wishing me well afterwards. Meredith and Beth are amazing nurses and were so attentive pre and post op. Overall experienced great quality of care and would highly recommend going through novant if you’re in need of surgery.

My surgeon was amazing Dr. Christman cared about me I wasn't just a patient. She fixed my scar from my first surgery that saved my life from a car accident. She fixed two of my hernias and I feel amazing. Heather her medical assistant was very sweet and got things done. The whole group is amazing I had an emergency surgery with Dr. Ricky he was great also and briefly Dr. Tucker he was so funny made you feel welcomed. They were all so amazing in their different ways but Dr. Christman was the best honestly best surgeon for me.

Dr. Chandler and his staff were both professional and pleasant.

They are highly recommended. Patients are first and upmost concern. You are greeted as you walk in. Quick check in and brief wait time in lobby and in the exam room.
