Had a terrible experience down the street at Sheetz with bad attitudes and poor service. Came in here and was completely amazed, 100% turnaround. Nice people. Clean store. And dude even brightened my day with a cup of coffee to make up for the terrible attitude at sheetz. Don't go to sheetz. Come here to Quality Mart they will take care of you.

We stopped here on our way to Black Mountain after trying to find a place to eat for an hour... stopping at a McDonald's, where the staff refused to wait on people at the registers, and then stopping at two separate Sheetz locations, where one was closed and the other had electricity out. The staff at the Quality Mart store and at the Subway inside the store gave us excellent service, even though they were short-staffed. They were polite, friendly, and helpful. The manager of the Quality Mart was running the register and helping customers instead of staying in a back office. The wraps we had from Subway were excellent! A++

Stopped for gas on a road trip. Plenty of parking for anyone hauling anything large or those with trailers. Easy to access from 40. Cashiers were nice and friendly. Got what I needed, in and out and was able to get back back on the road quickly. Exactly what is needed out of convenience stores!

Very clean bathrooms and always a friendly staff. Veteran and current military get a free coffee or fountain drink. Place to scan lottery tickets and a subway that not that busy.

Gas prices are in line for kernersville.

Very clean and friendly staff! Bathroom was clean and well maintained as well. The company has their vision, goals, and standards displayed for customers to see.

Great pit stop. I sure wish the car wash was open!

Great gas prices, good ⛽ gas quality, wonderful snacks and the cashiers are friendly every day. this location also has a Subway and a Dunkin donuts inside along with a drive-through. Good 🥪 sandwiches, good ☕ coffee, good 🍩 doughnuts, and great snacks. There is also ♿ handicap accessible seating, restrooms, and parking.

Stopped in briefly. Appeared clean and was brightly lit. Stocked with typical convenience store food and snacks. There was a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts in the same store.
Restroom could use some refreshing. Handicap accessible.

Multi stall restrooms & a subway inside. Gas prices were a few cents higher than other local places off I40 but are cheap for the exit.

Nice staff and the store was clean on the inside and outside. Drink machines were all working.

Right off highway convenience but like every other gas station nothing special

There is always spilled diesel at the pumps. The diesel fuel line leaks. The pumps are out of paper so you have to go in for a receipt. If you purchased a car wash the receipt has the code on it. The cashier took three tries to figure out how to print a receipt. The car wash is VERY small. The height is denoted as 84 inches. Why just say 7 ft?

I called the store to ask about the price of mid grade gas. The young lady(cashier) i was talking to laughed and said she couldnt tell me the price of gas. Then she went on to tell me that there was this wonderful app called gas buddy. The customer service there is terrible. The supervisor there also told me that it was a federal law that prohibited her store from telling gas prices over the phone which isnt true. That was a poor way to resolve a complaint by lieing. All because she herself did t fully understand her stores policy. Just seems like someone told her that and she relayed that false info. Over to me. I want shop here anymore because i dont trust the customer service. I came to get gas and something for my headache but i changed my mind when the lies came out and my headache went from a 6 to an 8. I came to get relief of the headache not make it worse. Again terrible customer service over there
