Golden China Restaurant

I’ve been going to Golden China for years now, it’s always been my favorite Chinese in Greensboro. The people there are always nice and get my food to me quickly. You might have noticed I gave it only 3 stars for atmosphere, this is because it does not present as a place that I would want to eat at or get food from. This however should not dissuade you from going, as this is the best Chinese food I’ve had for a decent price! One last thing, if you go get the steamed dumplings. They are heavenly!

Some of the best classic Americanized Chinese food I’ve had in a while - with the old school touches (the big paper menu, fried wonton strips with soup, open view to see the cooks manning the woks - kind of nostalgic). And the food has been consistently on point - fried rice, Lo mein, various chicken and seafood entrees (those are what I typically get). The hot and sour soup really did it for me - well balanced flavor and perfect thickness (I have had some gloppy h&s in the past so this is often my “test” when I try someplace new)… every time I eat something new it just reaffirms how great the food is.

This is our favorite budget-friendly Chinese takeout in Greensboro. The personal touch of this being a family owned and operated restaurant add an extra charm. Affordable prices and exceptional service complete the package. Highly recommended!

House lo mein shrimp egg roll!!! Perfect!!!

Went in ordered and only had to wait about 15 minutes. My 5 year old daughter said she wanted extra cookies, I told her to ask them and she then told me to ask. So we asked and the lady said yes because she was a very pretty little girl and so sweet. The food is always good. I drive from Stoneville just to get it from them.

High quality food, excellent service. The cashier/server gave us extra sauce packets and fortune cookies, and was extremely patient with a 7 year old boy, giving him a free sample of sesame chicken when he didn't want to eat his chicken tenders. Definitely coming back here again someday.

Best Chinese food around! Been going here for years

This is my absolute favorite take out in Greensboro. All of their food is amazing, but I would happily live off of their pork dumplings. The staff is amazing and friendly and never make fun of how many dumplings I buy.

I love this place. Orders are made quick and efficient like a well oiled machine. The food is always delicious and fresh. The customer service is also top notch. You won't be disappointed. 😊

Love this Chinese Food Establishment! Always quick and delicious! They have the best Chicken and Broccoli that I have had in YEARS. Our order is always correct and ready within the timeframe they give us.

Good food , clean location. Just inspected 95.5 health grade A. this location cooks with real woks on natural gas. Best in northern greensboro. Has been here for years.

Very yummy delicious food!, the food waiting took about less than 10mins , the employees are very friendly and works there best to serve well. Will definitely come again!

This place has some really good spring rolls and pork fried rice. Also,my son likes the honey chicken. I like there Seasame Chicken. It is the best I ever tasted.

Loved the place, they are very fast with their service. Phone orders are quick, just order and stop on by in 10-15 min max and your order will be ready.

Fresh. Fast. Delicious. I've never had an egg roll that stinkin good. Will definitely be back.
