Had my faith in CVS customer service restored yesterday too.

Abram at the 4000 Battleground store was able to get my Christmas card order printed despite online photo app failure and store photo machine part failure (at the original print destination at 3000 Battleground ) within 30 minutes, by going the extra mile.

First, Abram and I tried to create a new order using the photo kiosk in the store. But unfortunately, the store's photo computer didn't have the card in inventory that Joy and I had selected online.

So ...Abram called the photo Central headquarters of CVS (they were still open, despite the fact that it was by now 7 PM), and had my order redirected -for Printing - from 3000 Battleground to 4000 Battleground!

Abram was impressive: friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and quick!

I placed a special call to him at the store this morning and thanked him again for going the extra mile.

And I'll complete a survey to compliment him so the CVS organization knows how terrific he is in providing outstanding customer service.

I enjoy shopping at my local CVS pharmacy since the ExtraCare Dollars make the trip more affordable.

Prices did go up tremendously over the past year and the ExtraCare discounts cut my bill in half.

The pharmacist assistant was very rude and had a nasty attitude while providing me service this morning. She is a woman from India and I didn't engage her at all. I remained professional because it seems like she wanted me to stoop to her low level.

Management needs to observe this CVS location badly. My wife had an appointment at 10:30AM, arrived and online checked-in at 10:30AM, didn’t have the vaccination until 11:00AM. Does appointment mean anything???

Current pharmacist is the most jaded CVS employee I have ever seen. And that's saying a lot.

Was enjoying looking around because I had not been in a CVS this big before, but immediately felt like I was judged and being followed around the store. I do not know if I was assumed to be stealing or what, but as this is a drug store where people could be purchasing things of a more sensitive nature it seemed very inappropriate that no matter where I was in the store the same employee happened to be lingering around me. I was uncomfortable and upset to think about how many customers they make feel this way.

The black lady wearing the hat that works at the cash register is always very nasty, very stupid, very lazy and very disrespectful. She needs to be fired ASAP. They need to hire someone that knows how to treat customers the right way.

Horrible, Horrible customer service. I tried to find a ballcap cause it was cold outside. They had a whole wall dedicated to women's makeup, hair coloring, fake eyelashes, and women's clothes, and a couple of half aisles, but nothing for men. I asked the lady up front and her answer was just "nope". The male cashier looked just as lost. Simple, stupid look on his face. The female just walked away. She should be fired immediately ! Pure laziness. That's why the store was practically empty.

Generally rude, understaffed, unnecessarily slow, treats anyone with a freshly broken bone and 10 vicodin like a drug seeker, when the pharmacists' ONLY job is to fill things according to doctors. Get off your pretend high horse and do your job.

This used to be the GOOD one, I've gone away from EVERY CVS and enjoy the lovely people at Gate City Pharmacy now. Now filling my anxiety meds don't ADD anxiety.

Been dealing with extreme pain post surgery and my doctor went out of his way to meet my fiancé after hours and give him a paper script for some medication that I really really needed. The male pharmacist was extremely rude said he couldn’t use the number on the script to confirm it, and hesitated to even give it back to us. Meanwhile, I am at home suffering in immense pain. The next CVS (3000) had no problems filling the prescription and thought how the pharmacist acted was strange and uncalled for. This place should be shut down

Save yourself the time and go to the cvs pharmacy location down the street. The pharmacy techs are untrained and rude. They will hang up on you at the drop of a dime. Nothing is in stock. They never let you know when your prescriptions are ready. They need to replace everyone there.
