The UPS Store

Visited the 3912 Battleground location this morning. They were slammed with only 1 employee visible but she rocked it! With all the noise and craziness of the holiday season, Cordella was polite and smiled at each customer she encountered. She was a shining example of what customer service should be. I have visited other UPS stores in the area and have been greeted by some pretty miserable humans. Not this one. Thanks Cordella for the kindness you showed today and for your hard work in getting an extremely long line served quickly. You should definitely be training other locations on excellent customer service!

Hands down one of the best experiences I have EVER had with a shipping and print company! Maureen was absolutely incredible with assisting me in a VERY large shipment of packages that took place over multiple days that needed to be shipped out on behalf of my company. Not only were they accommodating with such a large and complex order, their communication and attitude was superb and made me feel very well taken care of and heard. After such a great experience I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my shipping and printing needs. Outstanding company and customer service!

Had such a pleasant experience at this UPS Store. The clerk named Kearsten was very helpful to a gentleman ahead of me. She took her time and was very patient with him. Being that he was elderly he had no idea how to do returns and she did a wonderful job getting him all the help he needed. When it came to my package she was also very sweet and helpful. Keep hiring people like Kearsten! Because she makes me want to always give you my business.

I am so thankful for the help of Narkeya Rodgers! She was super friendly, very proficient with her service. She handled myself and my services with great care and a smile on her face! I will truly be returning to this location because of her!

I went to drop off a return last night pretty close to closing. I was returning a rug that I had purchased that needed to be repackaged because it would not fit properly in the plastic it was delivered to me in. The two ladies working were so helpful. They went out of their way to make sure they assisted me until we came up with a solution to my problem. I will now be returning to this store for ALL of my shipping needs. Highly recommend.

Popped in here to mail a large rock across the country on Saturday afternoon. The manager assisted us, Leaha?, and was very friendly, welcoming and helpful!! We will be returning for all of our shipping needs! Thank you!!

Leaha was so super helpful with a printing dilemma I was having for my business! She noticed that the document I had sent over to print was printing blurry and offered to help re-arrange the document and told me which file extensions would work best (above and beyond help)! Needless to say, I will definitely be going back to this exact store and working with them on future projects! Thank you!

I got to the store 2 minutes before they closed, and Tejahna stayed late and helped me contact Amazon after they messed up and sent me the wrong shipping labels. Great Customer Service!!!

Had a document that needed a notary. The gentleman who notarized the document was friendly, knowledgeable, and even was better priced than most notary places.

Delonte was my customer service rep and was fantastic at handling my request. Very professional and quick service.

Friendly staff. I never pay to ship anything here just drop off prepaid packages.
