I fix ford's is a great place for all your automotive needs they do great work at a fair price i been there 4 times with great experiences all 4 times and will continue to take my autos there. And a big shout out to makayla who works the front desk and runs the office she is very knowledgeable with all the automotive parts she has to be a asset to this company thanks again for taking care of my auto needs.

I had a pretty nasty oil leak on my 2005 F150 V8 4.6 L. I called I Fix Fords and More from a referral by a friend. I could tell from the conversation we had on the phone, they already knew my truck inside and out. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off and it was ready by the end of the day. There is no longer any oil leaking. There was no price gouging whatsoever, and I am very pleased with the service. I highly recommend I fix fords and more to everyone.

I had passed this place a few times over the last couple of weeks (not my usual route) and decided to stop in to see if they could fix my AC problem on my beloved 2003 Ford Expedition (w/+250K miles). I am glad I did!!!

I had taken my Expedition to another shop who had improperly diagnosed the problem as a bad PCM (along w/ a $1800 repair estimate) in addition to their $200 diagnostic fee. So, instead I bought a refurbished PCM only to find out that it wasn’t the PCM after all. People make mistakes (including mine) but it was a tough lesson learned.

Long story short - The folks at I Fix Fords & More quickly determined it was a bad cycle switch instead and fixed it in less than a 1/2 day. I was very impressed with the friendliness and expertise and they have earned my future business and referrals. Give them a try... Like me you’ll be glad you did!

I Fix Ford's is a go to business for anyone seeking knowledgeable, professional Ford service. The business has a great reputation. Ford dealer repairs are over priced and not always customer friendly. I have spent thousands trying to get a check engine light repair. I finally took it back to the best shop.

Highly impressed. From initial conversation to dropping truck off to diagnosis convo was great. I was thoroughly explained the process and had expectation set from cost to time. I never felt like I was just revenue for the shop but a valued customer. As someone that has many vehicles and typically does own recon and maintenance I will likely use them in the future. Will also be referring Business moving forward as well.

Drove down to NC From Pennsylvania to visit my guy in Fuquay Varuna and noticed that I needed to do an oils change. He suggest this as the place to go and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Let me drop my truck off and leave as they did the oil change and checked other odds and ends. The service was outstanding and the people were genuine and nice to deal with . I suggest you stop with kit just your ford but any vehicle. Great folks here.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. I dropped off my 1991 F-150 for starting issues. They took the time to listen and the owner gave me a ride home. Picking up my truck the technician took the time to explain to me what had been fixed and other issues he observed. The work done was excellent and the cost was more than fair for what was done. I’ve only been living in the area for a couple of years but have realized I don’t need to look any further for a competent, honest and well run business to service all of my vehicles!!

I must say this place is true to it's name. My son had just about given up on a Ford truck he inherited from his grandfather. He had put so much money and time into the truck and it just wasn't running. We heard about I Fix Fords & More and thought last chance. The truck was towed to their yard and we received a call the next day, they said they could fix it and it wasn't going to cost my son another arm and leg. He was so happy with the results and the service he received. Their ability to be honest, upfront, timely and understanding is priceless. You can definitely trust this place to look out for your best interests. My son just recently purchased another car (he still has the truck :)) and he got a Ford and he received another honest evaluation on the vehicle from I Fix Fords & More prior to purchasing the car. This company has a lifetime customer!!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this small business. I had a large repair job that the Ford dealer had quoted me $1,700 to fix. This shop did it for $700 and did a great job. Mikela at the front desk was brilliant. She knew what my problem was, had clearly encountered it before, knew the parts needed, had the exact quote to fix it and even advice on what else I should consider fixing while they were doing my job. This was all very impressive and the work they did was flawless. I will go out of my way to use them again and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you. Give this small business a chance you won't regret it.

I was 7 hours from home when my fan clutch went out on the night I arrived for a 3 day work conference. I called and spoke with Steve on Tuesday morning and he set up an appointment for me on Thursday afternoon since the shop was 30 from my meeting site and on my way home. I finished my meetings and headed to the shop on my way home and they had a bay waiting for me. They got me in within 5 minutes of arriving. I was on my way home within less than 2 hours with no issues.

I have been going to "I Fix Fords"for the last 5 years. Michaela and the Crew have kept my 2004 F-150, with over 390,000 miles, running like the Champion that she is! They listen, check the problem, call you with the diagnosis, (and the estimate), then get your ride back quickly! General, Over All impression? AWESOME JOB!!! ROCK ON!

I had been to 4 other mechanics and not one could find the problem. Within 20 minutes Mike had me diagnosed. I picked up my Jeep a few days later and haven't had an issue since. I Love these guys. Best mechanics I've ever used. Up front about my pricing, I am a customer for life.

I took my mothers van to the dealership for a simple inspection. They came back with $2500 in needed repairs. I brought it here and got it back in a day. There were no leaks. There were no problems.They did something at no charge to I forgot white. Then took the vehicle and got it inspected. I would highly recommend these folks.
