I walked in on a Saturday around noon and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. They repaired my brake lines, welded a broken exhaust pipe bracket and performed an oil change. Pricing was transparent and reasonable given the size of the repair job. All staff members were very friendly. I'll be back for future services and repairs.

Had a flat from construction debris in the highway. They were able to get me in right away, got the tire fixed, and let me know about the state of my brakes without pushing an upsale. Great service, friendly and fast.

I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law and I was on my way home when my car started howling and discovered my hubcap area was extremely hot. I returned to my son's house and he told me to use Midas and how happy he and his wife have been with the service they have received and I called in the morning and was promptly serviced and back on the road several hours later. It's unnerving when you're from out of town and need immediate service for your vehicle, but I was put at ease from the moment I arrived until I drove away. They told me what I needed and showed me the problem in a professional manner and answered my questions. I'm sold and I can see why this business has such glowing reviews. I wanted to share a great experience! I went in to have my brakes inspected at Midas Grafton. I always dread this experience because you’re at the mercy of what you’re told. But technician Craig was extremely helpful and took me back to my car to show me and explained what was going on with my vehicle. I didn’t feel up-sold and I didn’t feel confused or concerned about making a repair I didn’t need. I walked away, feeling informed and trusting of him. A great experience due to his style and trustworthiness!

I went in prepared to spend +$500 on new brakes (rotors and pads). Instead, I was advised I still had time and an $80 lubrication would suffice. Honesty and integrity. A rare combination by today's standards. Thanks, guys! I will be back.

Wonderful service! I have been to a handful of "autobody shops" and every time I have had the workers lie to me, try to overcharge me, one place threaten to call the police if I take my car home because "its too dangerous to drive", even though I went in for a oil change and there was nothing wrong with my car, and this Midas is the complete opposite of all my other experiences. Friendly, prices are reasonable and fair, and the work was done in a timely manner! I will always come back here no matter what. I have recommended this Midas to 4 different people now and I just got my car back yesterday! Thank you Midas (Grafton) for the work and wonderful customer service!

Great service, honest and fair pricing.

I scheduled service online after business hours on a Sunday. They confirmed before 8 am the next day and got me in for service Monday afternoon. Staff was friendly and communicative and there was no high pressure sales BS. In fact, the service tech told me my issue was “a nuisance, but not dangerous.” I opted to have him perform the service anyway.

Trustworthy, friendly, caring, clean, & well-organized. They really go above and beyond and I’ll recommend this location to everyone now.

I recently had to bring my husband’s car to the dealership for an oil change (they gave us lifetime oil changes when we bought the car) and a brake replacement. I knew the brakes were an issue going in, but they also told us the brake line was leaking, and that just to replace the brake line would be over $1400 and an estimated 8 hours of labor. That didn’t include the cost to replace the pads and rotors. I was in sticker shock, so I wanted another quote.

I take my own car to Midas for regular maintenance so I called for their opinion, and they were as shocked as I was about the quote I was given. They said if the lines did need to be replaced, it would cost maybe a third of that, depending on the damage. Then, when I brought it in to Midas for the inspection, they found NOTHING wrong with the brake lines. They gave me a walk-through in the shop underneath the car so I could see exactly what they were talking about. It turns out I needed to have filters replaced (which was not mentioned at the dealership), so Midas helped me with those, and they saved me from spending $1400 on repairs that weren’t needed. The folks here are ethical, kind and knowledgeable. I will ALWAYS come back here.

The Midas in Grafton is the best shop I have ever used for my car service. The owner is awesome. She really cares about her clients, and the rest of the staff are friendly and professional. I recommend Midas to my friends, and to anyone who wants things done right. My father also uses Midas for his car.

They are good people here! We have now had 3 experiences where their integrity and strong character have shown through. Trust them! Today, my car was making some really weird noises. I drove in, they were slammed with business (because they are good), and I was going to come back later. I was driving around the building and about 4 guys working at Midas came out and stopped me from driving away. They immediately knew the “weird noise” was my wheel was about to fall off and I would not have made it home safely. They not only care about the quality of their work, but also their customers. Thank you Midas!

I was searching for a place that could help me with a quick battery change last minute. I called Midas and initially was told they could not get me in for service until the next day. I managed to call back and they said they could get me in if I was able to get there in 15 minutes.Staff member Brad was very professional and helpful when I needed quick service on my vehicle. They not only helped me with the battery change, but also pointed out some other issues on my vehicle. Truly great service.

I went there for alignment and balancing, but he took my car for a ride and told me that my car was really good and it didn't need the service.

Really excellent experience. Called for an appointment and friendly receptionist had records on my car at her fingertips from a long ago visit I don't even recall. Made an appt for 130pm next day. Dropped car off overnight and they already called with an estimate by 10am next day, well ahead of appointment. Noted two other problems that I might want addressed, in addition to the issue I brought it in for, and had estimates ready to the penny for all three items. Prices were fair. Repairs were completed by early afternoon, despite difficulties finding parts for my 2011 Saab. My new go-to place for car repairs.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and took their time to explain procedures. They were able to service our vehicle within the day at a very affordable price.

I would definitely recommend these wonderful people to anyone and plan on using them in the future.
