Crain Auto Body is a 5 star small business. The owner is kind and understanding. He is very talented at what he does and cares about his customers genuinely. If I ever need to I will be coming back to him, highly recommended. Having a higher end car like a bmw m4 I was nervous about who worked on it but was very very impressed with his work. He even made my scratched headlights look brand new. 5 star experience.

Very helpful, kind, and I felt like family at Mr Crain's shop. Mr Crain very patient and one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I've ever met. He went above and beyond to fix my car. All the while I was so stressed and in tears, during my stress over my car, Mr Crain cheered me up and kept assuring me what could be done to get my car fix. Thank you for being the Earth Angel I needed today. If I could give him 10 stars or more I would. Highly recommended auto shop.

I was so relieved when I found Crain Auto Body while traveling. My grandson and I were in a collision in TN and we stopped in NC overnight. I needed advice on whether or not to continue on our destination safely and Mark took time on a Saturday to help us out. He inspected the damage and made it safe for us to keep going. I will be forever grateful for the peace of mind Mark gave us.

Despite being 40 minutes from my house, Crain Auto will be my primary mechanic for the foreseeable future. Mark is a friendly, honest man who does great work at a great price. His assistant pup Cooper is a bitey, pudgy little ball of joy, and does his best to help.
