We got there just before the lunch crowd and I'm glad we did. The waitress told us they were shorthanded but with the service we got, you couldn't tell. Best southern sweet tea ever. Food was good....nothing fancy or elegant. Choice of spaghetti, shrimp or stew beef and rice. We enjoyed our visit.

We were wanting to try a new breakfast spot and came across this little restaurant. Drive 45 min to get there because online it says breakfast all day and it was getting late. We arrived a few minutes before 11 and were told breakfast had cut off. We were headed out when the owner came up and told us they would accommodate us. We were so glad they did. Everything we got was delicious! French toast, Breakfast sandwich and biscuits and gravy. Very clean restaurant and the staff were all sweet and provided excellent service. We will definitely be coming back.

Our favorite place to eat for years. We travel from Plainview, almost 35 miles away to eat with them regularly. The staff are so friendly and truly make you feel welcome and appreciated. The cooks are amazing and the food is delicious! Love them!

My cousin suggested this place for breakfast while I was in town visiting. The French toast is amazing and the wait staff is super friendly. Definitely will be coming back.

If you want a small town feel and a great meal this is your place . I'm just passing through and googled restaurants near me and I tried this place and if I ever pass through again I will be stopping. Very good western omelet.

This place never disappoints. The service is always great, and the food is excellent. We had to wait a little bit for a Friday morning. It was packed! But that's because it's the best breakfast in Clinton. The waffles are unreal, and so is the link sausage with sweet tea. Trust me; you will love it.

Very busy on Saturday, my first visit, a local favorite, friendly staff, food was good, I ordered Western omelette, cooked just right, grits were cooked well, toast was buttered and the coffee was good. I'd go back the next time I'm in town

Wonderful experience and I was extremely pleased to share a late brunch with a dear friend (Sis) on her birthday! The grits were hot and smooth as silk and the service was the epitome of southern hospitality.

Great food and alot too! I have never walked away hungry from this place. Friendly staff and never an empty cup of coffee!

The above was 3 YEARS ago since then after Covid...it has gone downhill. The wait staff is friendly and quick but they are overworked and not very attentive. The food was so so. My pancakes were very pale and cold and the sausage was undercooked with raw spots in them. I could not resolve this as the waitress didn't come back to our table. I didn't get a coffee refill as she didn't come back until she put the check on the table. I might give them another try but there will be some time in.between

Was great food. Went around lunch time and they have a menu to choose from or a buffet if you like what all is on the buffet. It was really good, had a lot of veggies and country fried chicken with gravy. Was extremely good, with a home cooked taste. They also had different kinds of cakes and pies you could pay just a tiny bit extra and get. Those were very very good too. My dad got the pecan pie and I got a 7 layer chocolate cake. They also have very good lemonade and tea. You walk in and just find somewhere you would like to sit. Also had friendly staff and clean tables.

Staff has always been polite ,and worked their tables as fast as they can. Even if it takes a while to get your food its still hot and good enough to be worth the wait. Prices are way more reasonable than any other place I have been to. So glad they were able to rebuild after the fire completely destroyed their other location. We were going into withdrawals without them !

The wait was kind of long but when I tell you the food was EXCEPTIONAL OMG!!! Well worth the wait we will absolutely be back. Compliments to the chef(s)
