The salesmanship and the managerial staff are fantastic! Horace Bethune my contact at the dealership is very knowledgeable in these board products & it was very easy discussing all the details in the planning of buying and building and ordering this car with the staff. All through the six months process. Through the strike and all ! Performance Ford of Clinton was very informative and helpful all the way. All the way through the Final paperwork and out the door!

Mr. Autry, the general manager was very polite and welcoming.
The negative sides; the car was detailed poorly. The rims on the inside, and the middle were filthy. I noticed two scuffs in the paint on the back bumper while I was at the dealership & and I was offered the opportunity to have the rear bumper repainted, which I declined.
When I got home, I noticed four more scuffs on the upper trunk & deck lid.
Somewhere, somehow, something fell on this $61k car!
The upgraded floor mats were not in the car, but some generic type of floor mats were in the front and none in the back.
The dealership is having an upgraded mat set, sent to me. They are not the same that came with the upgraded accessory packet I bought for this car. Very disappointed with that & the scuffs in the paint.
I cannot blame Performance Ford of Clinton for the scuffs in the paint, or the mat set, because it was probably done in delivery, on the road, from Detroit.
All in all I would purchase there again!

Probably the best service I have encountered. Mr Vic Autry was the sales manager that put a young salesman by the name of Jack Harris to help me. He was incredible and worked things out so I could take my car home. It was a very good experience.

I adore the service department at Clinton Ford in Rock Hill, Sc. They have always given me the best service each and every time. Last week, I called to have their driver’s airbag replaced because of a recall and not only did they have an appointment available, they actually have one of their outstanding technicians (I believe her name was Chay???) come to my job to replace it. Best dealership customer experience I've had in getting exactly the type vehicle I was looking for and within my budget...I initially spoke with Robert in Internet sales when I called; he was responsive and great with following up with me to get my questions answered in a timely manner. I was able to confirm vehicle availability and and price point with both Robert and manager Brian over the phone which was important to me being an hour drive away. Robert advised me to ask for Lubey upon arrival, who had greeted me when I walked in. The entire process was seamless and I felt that everyone was honest and friendly. Lubey immediately took me out to the vehicle I was interested in without making me feel rushed as I inspected everything [and he answered my questions]; we then went for the test drive which was a nice area to allow for checking the car's acceleration and braking. The vehicle checked out to be in great condition and as I expected. Brian kept his word regarding the deal that we agreed on with no hidden fees, and at no point did I feel pressured or haggled. I highly recommend Performance Ford of Clinton and am happy that I decided to work with them.
