I love this place. They are my secondary vet when I cannot get an appointment in time for things that just cannot wait. I prefer the younger vet, he’s nice & always listens throughly to my concerns. They all remember one of my dogs when he comes in 😂. They also helped me a lot when I was helping rescues, especially when it came to boarding if the rescue had nowhere to go temporarily, they even let me in at 530 one night to drop one off. Only problem I’ve ever had was recently, the price went up significantly on my dogs medicine but fortunately they told me they are able to write me a paper prescription to go to Walmart. Another thing is if you do not have time to wait, this is not the place for you because they are super busy. I recently took my 19 year old in there to get his blood pressure taken because he had blood in his eyes, the older vet pretty much told me to just love him as long as I could WHICH he was correct & they did not charge me for anything but the visit, he was PTS in our home the 26th. He told me there were no places that would come to my house for it and I was freaking out but luckily I found Gentle Journey who helped my sweet baby boy cross over <3. Pictures of some of my babies they’ve helped underneath!

Wow! I can not express enough gratitude to caring hands and their clinic… they saved our fur baby, Violet’s life. We had called vets in surrounding states and in our area but could not justify the estimates we were given after we have had a terrible experience with a prior dog. After multiple places not working out, we almost lost hope. We called caring hands and they told us they would see her and assess, so we drove straight there. Dr. DiPinto not only evaluated our sweet girl, but stayed after hours to provide her with the emergency surgery she needed. He treated us with respect, kindness, and how humans should treat others. (It restored our faith in humanity). We will now be going to caring hands for all our vet needs and am so thankful to have found a place that felt like family. We need more of caring hands in the world, and will be forever grateful for this amazing practice.

Took my dog to 3 other vets before bringing her here with no answers. The vet here took time to get to know us and her. One visit she is doing so much more. They really cared about her.

Love both Dr Henry and Dr Dipinto! The entire staff is wonderful with my animals and even though they are always busy on Saturdays it works great for me because I work Monday-Friday and need to get things taken care of on the weekends. Sometimes I have several questions about my animals and they do not hesitate to answer them all and tend to help calm my fears when something is not right with my animals. Without a doubt, they are the BEST around! And it’s always nice to see so many smiling faces and definitely a positive environment!
They took great care of my new baby, Lily Mac 🥰

Dr. Henry and the staff are always helpful (even after hours, and on the weekends). He always takes the time to explain what issues your pet is having, and answer any questions that you may have. His diagnosis have always been accurate, and his resolutions have always worked. Caring Hands Animal Hospital is my go to Vet with all of my pets.

My dog Mollie had a tumor removed on Thursday and Dr. Henry did a great job as always. He is the most caring Dr in N.C. I have taking my dogs to him for 25 years. He is the best around.

An absolute god send- their staff and doctors couldn’t be any better. They are always so caring, kind, and patient. They not only think of their clients (pets) but of the owners as well and I could not be more thankful to have them as our vets.

My animals and I consider Dr Henry and his staff as family. I’ve been going to him about 20 years now. Through the years I’ve lost 4 babies and I have to say Dr Henry and his staff are very compassionate. The prices are very reasonable. His staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable and if they don’t know they will find out from Dr Henry. No Dr Henry may not be perfect but he’s next to it. The name of is perfect because they are Caring Hands.

I have been coming to Caring Hands for years every one is always kind and helpful. The wait maybe tad longer but that is because you are not rushed out. Dr. Henry, Dr. DiPinto and the ladies answer all questions and concerns about our fur babies, offering many options of care.

This is Bonnie and she made her first visit to Caring Hands on Saturday morning with a trachea infection. We walked away truly amazed at the calm demeanor and knowledge of Dr. Henry. I do not write reviews but this Animal Hospital deserves more than the 5 stars allotted. From the receptionists to the wait time to the vet and the bill, the visit was polite, efficient, and affordable. Very thankful to have chose Caring Hands and will definitely go back again. Bonnie is already back to being her energized, barking self. Thank you Caring Hands!

My puppy got sick on a Friday night and throughout the weekend and I was so worried and anxious to take her to my regular vet. Monday morning came around they couldn't take her in but CARING HANDS with no doubt told me I could go in! I was relieved because I had tried about 8 more places and no one could take a walk in. I got to Caring Hands and the office is so clean and everyone professional and friendly. Dr. Henry examined my pup and explained everything very well. I felt so relieved to know my pup was going to get better with treatment. I truly appreciate them so much. I was so scared and I didn't want to wait another day without treatment for my pup. Thank you very much to the staff here ❤

I traveled from Clayton NC to Clinton NC just to go to this particular Veterinary Clinic, which is a hour drive. Needless to say, I’m very happy with the level of care my dog Rome receives.

I have been using Caring Hands as my primary vet since my first dog as a teenager. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable about any issues with my pets. Dr. Henry has a great pet-side manner and does well at communicating exactly what you need to do at home once you leave the vet. Pricing is fair and service is excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of veterinary services.

I am not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to write one today. I had to make a very difficult decision to have my companion dog of almost 16 yrs euthanized. I am new to the area and didn't have a relationship with any veterinarian clinics in the area. I reluctantly made a call to ask about the services offered and the pricing. The compassion shown every step of the way made a difficult decision so much less stressful. From the receptionists,
the vet tech, and especially Dr. Henry there was a feeling of genuine caring for the decision that was inevitable. Dr. Henry explained every step with a calm demeanor and handled the technique with grace and compassion. Thank you to the entire staff for your professionalism.
