Qwench Juice Bar & DRNK Coffee + Tea

Fallen for the Grapefruit (in the Epic Drink menu). This place is turned into my favorite bike-ride stop for epic thirst quenching. I’m hesitant to try a different drink because the Grapefruit is so damn good. I will admit the price is on par with what you might spend for a fast food meal but the quality of ingredients nukes that comparison.

It was cold after my ride on the 1st so did opt for the Copper Coffee instead of the Grapefruit and it was delightful. I don’t usually like sweet coffees (more or less a bean and water guy) but again this place delivered. The Copper is a just-right combo of cinnamon, clove, and dark brown sugar (and coffee of course). Again, very good. The price for the coffee was on par or less that Starbucks.

Finally, I did get a chance to visit with the owner and he explained the whole operation to me. There is no frozen and prepackaged fruit that’s shipped in from corporate somewhere. The ingredients that use are all fresh and on display. The veggies and the fruit are all freshly squeezed, crushed or blended while you wait.

the coffee and bakery is also incredible and the copper coffee alone is worth a visit.

My cappuccino with coconut milk and coconut oil were perfectly balanced with flavor and just the right amount of foam! Delicious!!
My daughter loved her iced matcha, also made with coconut milk! So yummy!! 😋

Great place to relax, drinks and smoothies are so refreshing and there are different varieties of everything. My favorite is the grapefruit smoothie, I like the old school too :)

This place is awesome! They are very knowledgeable and informative . You feel appreciated when you come here . Get the Big Air !

Absolutely GREAT sandwiches with TERRIFIC service!

Service could be improved by picking up the pace. Original açaí bowl is not that great but HOLY COW the vegetarian ciabatta sandwich is incredible! I’m astounded! Cinnamon cold brew is also pretty good! This place has a ton of potential and from the other reviews I’ve read has already shown improvement. Great job!

Slower then dirt…

I HATE giving a bad review but this is ONLY about the service we had today (Nov 11th 2021). I was super pumped to find such an amazing combo of healthy juice drinks AND coffee AND food! Our experience yesterday was amazing. The manager must have been the one that served us. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Today, ahem... totally different experience. The girl that took my cash, turned around to stick her hands in the fruit/veggies. I had to stop her short and ask her to please wash her hands first. She actually rolled her eyes... I was super nice about it...totally not a "Karen". The attitude was so bad.. I HAD to say something. . She told us to "get out of her store". I'm pretty sure she does not need to be working with the public. Other than that... the place has awesome potential!!!! I want one here in Nashville!

Understaffed and slow service. No coffee brewed, so having to wait almost 15mins for a black coffee.

I hesitate to give bad reviews to a local restaurant but I’m hoping this one will inform the management so you can improve and be better.
I was in the restaurant on Monday (Labor Day) and ordered the Egg McMuffin style sandwich and a smoothie. The drink was good but the breakfast sandwich was so bad I threw it away after one bite (see photo). The muffin was barely toasted, there was a little dollop of powdered egg in the middle and some sort of meat that was supposed to be bacon. It was truly disgusting. With tip, I paid $17.00 for a meal I could not eat.
I hope you can take this as constructive criticism and do better in the future.

The only good thing here is the ACAI bowls. BUT be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes for them to make you one. We went there at around 1 and they were still bringing one banana out at a time to complete the bowl. They weren't completely set up and ready tor go for the day? It wasn't early in the morning. The people working there are strange and make you feel like you are bothering them. I ordered coffee and was given extremely hot coffee without cream or sugar stocked. The employee went to the back and never came back out. I waited in the front to get cream and sugar and he never came back. The lobby is really dirty as well, including the cube you are supposed to work in. I'm really disappointed in my experiences. This happens every time we order from them. If you don't want to try then why are you open?? Very confusing. Maybe I should call ahead and ask them if they want to work today? Please take this as constructive criticism, this place has so much potential

We walked in and had to wait for about 3 minutes until some guy came out to greet us very impersonally. He ignored us and kept working on another drink with out asking any questions or providing basic customer service….acknowledge the people and have a friendly attitude.
This place is either understaffed or if there was someone else working there with him they completely do not care to help because it seem like there was only one man running the show. Also that is a security issue.
In addition to that it was freezing cold inside while it’s 70° outside, totally killed the vibe for wanting to wait probably another five or eight minutes to get a call morning breakfast smoothie. Now we are on our way to smoothie king in Southlake. We at least know they will give us excellent customer service and not ignore us for five minutes and also be able to produce a drink in a timely manner.
We tried to give this local business a try considering we live in the town but it’s sad to see that they simply don’t care. Considering all of the other negative reviews it seems this place only exists because their over price drinks provide them the ability to sustain a horrible business model.

Every few months we try this place hoping it got better, and somehow it manages to get worse every time. I ordered a coffee, two juices, and a breakfast wrap. I was the only one in the store for the first 10 minutes. It took 29 minutes to get order. They made the coffee first, set it aside behind the glasses wall, and let it sit on the counter for probably 15 minutes before I went to and asked if I could have my coffee while I wait. One of two kids working told me it would be out with the rest of my order. I hope this place figures it out, but until it does we won't be back. Food is mediocre. I ordered two of the same juices and they both tasted way different. They clearly aren't using any sort of recipe and are just throwing old veggies in a juicer.
