I have not had a bad experience with this company. I have purchased several items from them throughout the years. Furniture as well as appliances. And their credit department is easy to work with as well. During the hard time of the pandemic, I had called to see about my payments, the young lady enlightened me to the fact that since I had paid my account down, my payments could be lower by a little. And at that time anything would help! Just made another purchase.

I went to the Raleigh location 4/11 and must say the customer service was impeccable! The sales person gave me time to walk around, answered my questions and was even helpful in making my decision. I bought 2 sets of living room furniture. I went to 4 major furniture stores first when I should have come here. They even do military discounts and the major furniture stores don’t… really! The whole process was pleasant and easy. I don’t usually write reviews but I always read them. I rate this furniture 5+. Check them out!

Alliyah Rowe is awesome!! She help me deciding on furniture for my new home she was patient, knowledgeable of the store she also has an awesome personality!!!! I will recommend anyone looking for furniture or want to upgrade their furniture to go see Aliyah

Customer service was excellent. The salesperson was misinformed about the product that was delivered. But, the problem was taken care of immediately with great attitudes and handled very professionally. We will go back to badcock in the future.

I went in to the Raleigh Badcock store this weekend after having been to quite a few places looking for furniture to prepare for my move. I wasn't ready to make a purchase yet because I hadn't finalized my move and at every other store I went to, the salespeople lost interest in me as soon as I said that. But this place was different. Otto helped me plan, and was extremely friendly even though I told him I wasn't going to be purchasing yet. The manager, Connor was very accessible and helpful as well in answering any questions I had. I will definitely be back when I am ready to purchase, thank you guys for being so friendly!!

Lasanya was great help always love to come to Badcock especially with the manager Aaliyah gives me a hard time but I still love her always come back home to the Badcock

It’s always a great experience!! I’ve purchased 2 expensive rugs from there employees are really nice & very cool with Q&A I actually need 2 more carpets and I know for a fact it’s the go too place in fact happy holidays

This was one of the most peaceful experiences in a retail situation I have ever had. The entire staff worked as a team to make my purchase seemless. Jada is thee absolute best... her coworker, whose name escapes me, was an absolute delight. Everyone was wonderful!

I came in to the store to purchase a set of kitchen appliances (Refrigerator, Range, & Dishwasher). I was met at the door by Conner, a sales associate. He was very helpful and quick. We encountered internet/browser issues. We could not access the site when I was there but Conner figured everything out and I was able to successfully make my purchase and out the door. As soon as I got home, I started to measure the areas of where all the appliances would go and encountered an issue with the refrigerator. It will not fit width wise. I called Conner up and he ensured that we will get something that I still like and fit.

I went back to the store in person and again met by Conner at the front entrance. That’s what I called great customer service. We went straight to getting the appliances I need and ensured all dimensions would fit the areas I have at my house. We placed the order and once again I was out the door in no time.

I m always a type that goes in and out. Conner made that happened. Great service and great problem solver with his collaboration. Really appreciate it. Definitely will continue to buy my household furniture and appliances from there!!! Hopefully sales associates like Conner will still be around. Thanks!!!

Just went to look for a bedroom suit, had the pleasure of meeting a sales rep who just moved here from Philadelphia blonde headed lady who’s name was Amy I believe !! She was very warm , Friendly and Informative!! Definitely made me feel very confident and comfortable in my choices and she made me and my grandmothers first experience at Badcock Furniture a memorable one!! Will definitely be recommending her as well as this store to family and friends!!

Christian and Jaylen made my day today ! I walked in an received EXCELLENT service, was able to get a specific table I wanted that I was told the day before I could not get! They both were friendly and energetic and Christian went out of her way to help me get the items I wanted ! Thank you both ☺ Def ask for one of them when you go !

I’ve been to a couple of different Badcock furniture stores but the one on Capital is awesome! It’s very convenient because I live in north Raleigh. The staff are very nice, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive but not on top of you like most places. They have great quality products at reasonable prices.
