Starbucks

I have been critical of Starbucks as of late. I am officially a coffee snob. I receive beans weekly from roasters all over the US.
For the first time in months, I drank a Pikes Place brewed properly. Thanks, Cierra. Give that young woman a raise.

Always great employees who make me happy I chose to stop by. Drinks always made perfectly and I love the impossible sandwich option for a quick lunch after work. Recommend the location to everyone.

This is definitely my go to location because it's really close to my apt. The drive thru is usually super busy but it moved steadily but today I went inside because I had to go to the restroom. As soon as I walked in one of the nice lady's welcomed me and when the man in front of me was done ordering another really nice guy took my order and he had a very professional attitude, overall really good attitude from all the employees actually. The guy that took my order asked me how to spell my name & idk why but I like that. I ordered 2 venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccinos and they were done so fast I was actually really surprised bc it was kind busy.
The restroom was really clean and smelled good, not every place I go to has soap in the restroom but they did. Would absolutely recommend this location!

The Cinnamon Dolce Latte is great!

Hot drinks, fresh food, and in a timely fashion (with a line around the building). What else can you ask for. All the employees were greeting customers and having fun on a extremely rainy day.

Upon arrival there were three cars in front of me by the time I finished my order there were only one car in front so yes they have Fast and friendly service! Nikki was my cashier and she was full sunshine and smiles I’ll definitely be coming back

I love this location they are always friendly (I go early) my drinks are always made right and delicious thank u all so much ! Everyone is happy to Be there it's just nice !!

Staff was superb! Super friendly! I had a larger order ($30) & it was right during a rush. 😬 i expected it to take a little bit of time, due to the amount of people. But they had my order out to me as soon as I pulled up to the window. The line was long but I got through MUCH quicker than I thought i would! 👌🏼👌🏼

I will forever support this location and this location only... every time I go the baristas are over the top kind, fast.
They have accommodated me multiple times in ways they aren't required to all in the name of customer service.
As a new mom with no help I ordered a drive through pick up but my baby fell asleep before I got there. The drive through line was pretty long and if i stopped my car for too she would wake up and scream. Being caught in a stagnant line with a screaming baby is not fun. Instead I parked in front and saw a barista walk in and I asked if she could grab my drink for me. Did she have to? No. But she did and brought it out to me with a huge smile on her face. That made my day.
Then today it was another bad day I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location to the one on 288 and 1-35 which is not a location I like at all. So busy all the time!!
I pulled up and realized I was at the wrong location and without hesitation they made it for me free of charge.
I literally cried because it was just one of those days where before noon I was done. But once again the baristas made my day with their kindness.
Again did they have to? No.
I thank yall so much for your constant smiles and above average customer service.

Parking at this location can be a nightmare as lot is very narrow, and you have to navigate drive through traffic.
Other than that, store is typically well stocked, drink ingredients are usually available, and staff has always been friendly and efficient.
There's a donut shop next door for that extra pastry or pig in a blanket.

They completely screwed up our order... BUT the girls were SO amazing and attentive and apologetic it was worth it!!

I love Starbucks. I like coffee in general. Yes, it’s a little pricy, but that’s just how it is these days.

But my point here with this review specifically is that I always love when the autumn drinks come out.

I love ordering the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and out of all of the Starbucks branches I’ve been to, this one served me the smoothest cold brew I’ve ever had from a Starbucks and really made me feel that the $5.45 I spent for a Venti was completely worth the money.

They know what they’re doing here and always smile like they enjoy being there. And it really reflects in what you get.

This is now my favorite Starbucks topping the ones where I am from in El Paso, TX.

This is by far, the best starbucks in Denton.

Went through the drive through and ordered a drink that turned out to be a little high maintenance. They didn’t have a button for it. Lol. But they made it work! I don’t know if it was because of the complex drink I ordered or if it was something on their end but their system crashed while I was at the window. The staff and I had easy good conversation while we waited for it to come back online so the waiting was not at all unpleasant. They were great. After a while they just said it was on them and they’d take care of the charge. So, I got a drink masterpiece and a bagel for free! I sort of took off a bit too quick before considering the fact that they most definitely deserved a tip. Astoundingly great service with bright smiles. Thank you so much!

Today was my first time ever visiting this location. I had tried to place an order on the app, but I forgot my password so I said forget it and just decided to go in and order. When I arrived the line for the drive-thru was wrapped around the store. I wasn't sure what I would be expecting in terms of how long I had to wait after seeing all the cars when I got there. I went inside, and the guy that rang me up was named West, and he was super nice. Despite the enormous rush I was in and out with my two drink items in about 5 minutes. West, along with 2 other employees thanked me for my business as I left. My interactions with them made my whole day. As someone who frequently patronizes Starbucks and other fast food places, I'm more used to receiving lackluster service than I should be. I cannot say enough times how quick, efficient, and nice these guys were. Thanks so much!

I’ve ordered online for pickup and they make it a lot faster than you’d think. Just park and walk in for the drinks. Drive thru takes forever
