Pretty decent shoe inventory. Also had some good clearance items in the back of the store. I came here looking for black work shoes. My search was successful. Join their club for an extra discount!

I just love DSW! I only visit the store though if I have a return. So 90% of the time, I’m placing my orders online.

Outside of online ordering, when visiting the store, I’ve notice it stays busy and the check out line is always long. I guess that could be a gift and a curse lol.

When we bought my Grandson a pair of "light up" Sketchers shoes, he was really happy. But, the next day at pre-school, they both stopped lighting. Strange we thought. But, we went back to the store that day and the manager and the clerk that helped us were great. Let us exchange them for another pair, no questions asked. Before we even got home, this pair stopped lighting up also. After further examination, we realized, there is an on/off switch built into the shoe. It is also clearly stated on the box. Our bad. Thanks for great customer service. We apologize for the inconvenience but it is nice to know that you put your customers first if they have a problem. Or, if they just think they have a problem.

Stopped by to pick up a ship-to-store order and also found some great shoes in the discounted section. This store usually has a great selection, it's clean, and the service has always been good.

Show store located in the Friendly Shopping Center has a wide variety of casual and dress shoes. Very friendly staff; highly recommend.

This is by far my favorite shoe store! When I go there the service is great every time. I've never encountered a bad shopping experience and I've shopped there for over 5 years. I wear a larger shoe size and it's very frustrating going to stores where I look at the sizes of the shoes to determine if I will be able to purchase them as opposed to looking for shoes that I actually need or want and then search for my size. DSW is one of the few stores that I can go to knowing that my size will be available!

Got really nice pair walking tennis shoe. I have really bad l/s spine . Walkin out the pain thanks to the good wide tenny pumps. Thanks bunch. Shoes cute too.🤭 J-gayle

My favorite shoes store. They have coupons they sometimes send you in the mail. I love just looking through everything on my wish list and also they have purses, sweaters, hats, jewelry etc.

I’m obsessed with this place! To be honest, the prices are kind of high but I love the selection that they offer and I love shoes! This store and I are a match made in heaven!
