Lorraine and Lizette are incredible. They treated me with kindness and respect through every step of my visit, patiently answering my questions. They helped alleviate my anxiety and really made me feel like they care.

I freaking love this place. They take their time to make sure you’re “comfortably numb” before they work on you. They are very gentle and understanding I came here with a phobia of dentists and left feeling great. I got my smile back thanks to dr bachman and his team!!!

Best dentist office EVER!
I had bad dental experiences in the past at other dental offices and suffer anxiety about any dental work as a result, but all the staff were very kind and made sure I was ok; they went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for being so wonderful and making my experience as peaceful as possible

Dr. Assad Qasim is the best dentist I ever had, he was very reassuring and checked on me to make sure I was ok; I highly recommend him to everyone!

I don’t want to go anywhere else for my dental needs; this place is magical, and it’s all due to the wonderful staff ❤

I haven’t been to a dentist in a while, and my teeth are not in the greatest of shape and I was afraid to go to a dentist because I was embarrassed of my teeth, but there was no judgment. They were very helpful put me at ease after my appointment I was very optimistic about the plan and looking forward to going back to my next appointment, very good dentist’s and hygienists, Great customer service, and very friendly.

I went in after a chunk of my molar fell out from a cavity. My experience from the front office employees, the assistant/hygienist, to Dr. Bachman was amazing. I’ve never had a cavity or a filling before so I was a little nervous, but everyone was so amazing and Dr. Bachman took care of the tooth within 30 mins. I will forever recommend this place and will continue to be a client.

Everyone is super friendly and I love how all my treatments get explained in detail to me! Keep up the great work!

I was scared to have the extractions done but will say it wasn't as bad as I had imagined. I'm grateful for the extra care and support that they gave me.

I am extremely pleased with the dental care and dental hygiene services provided by my dentist, Dr. Bachman and hygienist Becky. The dental treatment plan he put together and executed is both comprehensive and extensive. Becky’s cleanings are by far the most thorough I have ever received.

The front office, on the other hand, could benefit from some more effective business systems and practices - fewer email, text and phone appointment reminders, assigning telephone answering responsibilities as a high priority to front desk employees, streamlining the automated answering system and refining the new email statement system to delay sending them until insurance payments have been received and applied.

Their staff is wonderful. I have gone to a handful of dentists in my lifetime but none of them have been as kind, caring, gentle, and articulate as they were. Ann was great and very heartwarming. Dr. Bachmann is insanely talented. This is the first dentist I’ve gone to where I didn’t feel a thing. He was done in 30 minutes and did an excellent job. I was quite taken aback by the fact that by just looking at my teeth for 5 seconds he knew exactly what my last mental history was and what my current mental state is. Insanely talented staff. And the office ladies are wonderful.

They staffs are very friendly and doctors very efficient, there Services are very good, my broken tooth is well fixed.

Excellent care and attention to my daughter and her needs. Gone are the days of my daughter being afraid to visit a dental office. So thankful for Dr.Qassim and his amazing team. Lorraine is always so wonderful to work with as well. The whole office goes above and beyond for their patients. Can’t wait to return.

My experience was smooth! I got 4 wisdom teeth out, and I remained calm the whole time as Dr. Q did a great job. His dental assistant Cora made sure I was prepped and got anything I needed. 10/10 recommend this family dental as I was feeling good the next day and should be healed soon!
