Our salesman Mirza was great. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The showroom was very clean and inviting. I love the 120 day trial and if your not satisfied you can exchange. What a great policy.

I keep going back to Mattress Firm because of their competitive prices and they make the process super easy. Mirza was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted, pointed me in the right direction, and didn't try to upsell things I didn't need. Delivery was two days later and I had a 2-hr time window the day before delivery. I also got a notification that they were 20 minutes away which was nice. The delivery men were very efficient. They were only there for about 10 minutes. Great experience with Mattress Firm once again.

Justin, the store manager helped me and my wife find just the right bed we were looking. He is very knowledgeable about all of the stores products and took his time explaining the different features between all of the beds.

The team was very supportive throughout my entire experience. They explained the features and benefits of my selections. Justin showed genuine concern in me finding a matress that was the right fit for my comfort.

During our lunch break, we decided to browse for a new mattress for my son online. We quickly found the one we liked and added it to our virtual cart. As luck would have it, we spotted a nearby Mattress Firm store while having lunch. We decided to stop by, and the staff warmly welcomed us.

Unfortunately, the mattress we wanted wasn't available at the Falls location, which was disappointing. However, they informed us that they had it in stock at their N. Hills store. To our surprise, when we proceeded to checkout, we noticed a price difference, but they promptly matched the online price. They even suggested a discontinued frame at a minimal cost.

In the end, we picked up our mattress from the N. Hills location and received the same outstanding customer service as we did at Falls. We highly recommend both stores. Thanks for coming to our rescue and making our weekend better!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and eager to be of service. We were buying for a guest bedroom and didn't want to overspend. We were directed to the value corner where we were able to choose from a variety of options. The salesman got us the best deal and we saved a lot even though we ended up with brand name mattresses. It was a great experience.

Met with Mirza at Mattress Firm and he's the reason I purchased a bed. I did my research as I wasn't sure what was available and how much I was going to spend. Along the way, I visited 5 mattress stores and discussed my needs at each. Mirza was clearly the most knowledgeable, most able to understand my sleep needs and most willing to find a solution. Sergio was fantastic to work with, from the moment we walked into the store we were met with genuine compassion and caring about what we needed. There was no sales pressure like you normally get from sales professionals. Not only did Sergio take the time to show us what he had available to meet our needs, he helped us find the same set up at a cheaper cost to us and he ended up having to rewrite the deal a few times to make it fit our budget, but he did so gladly without complaining or making us feel bad. He did all this and took his time with it not making the transaction feel rushed or like we were just another number. I truly wish all sales experiences were like this one and I can not say enough good things about our experience. I highly recommend going to Mattress Firm and working with Sergio, he will take his time and explain all of the features/benefits that the products offer all while remaining a true professional and helping you find exactly what you need within your price range.

Winfield was wonderful. I was in the store on Sunday (yesterday) for several hours trying to decide which mattress I preferred. He was by himself in the store & had quite a few customers. He greeted each customer when they entered the store & let them know he would be right with them. And, he gave them some general information. He was really good at multitasking amongst the customers.

I needed to "sleep on it" (HA) before I made my final decision. I came back this afternoon. Winfield helped me with my additional questions, showed me pillows & pads. And, once again, he did all this while he also assisted other customers & I don't think anyone felt neglected.
Winfield is so professional and personable and he is very knowledgeable about the products. I am looking forward to my new bed being delivered & anticipate being as pleased with it as I was with the service I received in the store.

Sergio provided excellent customer service and great advice while helping guide us on buying a new mattress and base. He was super knowledgeable and very thorough. Everything was delivered right on time and only a few days after purchasing! Definitely glad we stopped in.
