The staff was helpful the first time. I sent my son with the payment since I was in the hospital. They told him they could not take my payment there anymore.But when I went back the 2nd time, the next month to pay my payment.To find out what was going on.They couldn't find my policy. I even had my card with policy number. I had to pay online. That representative stated they should have been able to see the policy there at that office. It was the owner that time I went that helped me. It's a shame companies cant take your payments at local offices. These companies online wants your business but you dont have their support of independant agents at store locations . You should be able to pay at any location.online, or by phone anytime. That's just another reason I don't like to buy things online usually.

The people in the office were friendly and helpful and made my auto insurance buying process easy. The only issue I had was knowing when they were open as their hours listed online and at their door were not always correct.
